I go to this Dunkin every morning as it’s the only one On my way to work. Over the past month I’ve had workers at standing at the intercom to tell us they are locked out, a few other times there’s been no one in the building at 5:30, and it’s completely closed. This is during the week. The other day I was told that no one did the baking so there were no croissants or muffins. Another day there was only one girl in the entire building taking and making orders and it was only her second day. This place needs to be shut down, or new management because there’s absolutely no management now!

Terrible DD. Do not go through the drive thru, I was stuck for 28 mins in the drive thru and my coffee was wrong and they told me at the window they did not have any eggs.

As long time customers, we have always valued our experience at your establishment, but a recent incident has left us feeling disappointed and unvalued. Unfortunately, one of your employees accidentally dropped my phone, causing significant damage. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, I was met with refusal of repairment, or replacement for the damages. We won't be back. This isn't how you treat your customers.

I’ve literally been going to this Dunkin for years and of course they want to switch things up and ask for a “tip” at The window now. Ridiculous how y’all just switch it up to put pressure on people to tip out at a window like that whenever you pay your employees to do a job. Dunkins about to turn out just like the rest of the places out here . That’s the only reason why I go there because I respect your people and the Work environment but this makes me want go to somebody else now.

Who are y’all really feeling like every time I come here it’s a problem. People come here early in the morning to get some coffee before they go into work and here y’all go with y’all little nasty attitude and no energy wanting to work. Why is it that when I pull up? It’s only that you’re taking mobile orders but the person behind me comes up and you’re saying hi may I take your order today? I feel like if you don’t have the enthusiasm and the energy to be a morning person and to work an early morning shift. ? I feel like if you don’t have the enthusiasm and the energy to be a morning person and to work an early morning shift don’t do so and ask your manager to switch your shift. I don’t like coming here it’s always as a last resort to just get some coffee you’ll need to do better. We are all paying customers and should be treated as so. Stop being rude to people that are coming to spend their heart earn money at an establishment where people are closing the store an hour early before it’s supposed to be and you’re locked out due to not having a key to get in the store.

I came in here having the worst day ever, and Saryn made it so much better! I was pretty indecisive with what I want to order and she was patient with me, Gave me suggestions, and overall was just pleasant to be around. Give her a raise ASAP!

food is always pretty mid from here, the customer service is either great or literally garbage. whoever justin is that works there that cashed me out at drive through, ur rude!!! ur tone of voice is so rude. i understand customer service is hard, and i also used to work at dunkin i know it sucks sometimes!! but bro cmon just be chill. especially morning shift watch ur tone!! also we got a good bit of food and got no napkins.

Me and my girlfriend just came from there7:21 and the lady working drive thru was completely rude and to top it off we got the worst coffee I ever had it wasnt even hot and it tastes like there's soap or something in it completely ruined my morning I dont know if ill ever go back to that store #350258

We went through drive thru to get milk shakes. We got a chocolate and vanilla milk shake with whipped cream. The milk shakes were OK but not worth the $16 I paid for them.

Walked in and the boy kept moping the floor. After 5 min when we saw the freezer burnt ice cream and no one had spoken to us we left, and still no none tried to speak.what a waste of time.

we’ve been coming to this dunkin for about a year now pretty consistently. for the first few months it was great. customer service, food, and drinks was always amazing, hence why we kept coming back. however, in the last couple months they’ve really gone downhill. we’ve had multiple occasions of burnt sandwiches, missing items in our drive thru orders, and messed up drinks. i used to work food service, it happens and it never really bothers us enough to stop coming back. however, my last 2 experiences with them have been less than ideal. i came a few days ago by myself and the man taking the orders was so rude to me. i pulled up to the window to pay and said “i have my app right here” because it’s rude to just shove your phone in someone’s face right? he said “what?” in the rudest tone so i repeated myself while holding up my phone to show him. he said “just hold up your phone i’ll scan it.” okay, weird interaction but everyone has an off day. this time around, they only added 1 pump of syrup to my bfs drink, when larges always come with 4 pumps minimum. my drink was and is always pretty good so that’s a plus. however, they burnt my sandwich so bad that i could only eat half of it. the entire top was charred with grill marks so deep that peeling it off wasnt an option. all of the food was cold, despite us having to wait longer for the food, and they forgot our second order of hashbrowns. save your time here and go to the dunkin near bacons bridge or to clutch coffee instead.

If I can give 0 stars I would literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin the employees are rude while I was ordering breakfast for two they said “wow your ordering the whole
Menu” like who says that ? I guess they’ve never ordered for two and one their whole life which is sad and my grilled cheese was not even a grilled cheese as the photo worst food and worst Dunkin do not go here unless you want to be fat shamed as well .
