This place is always out of stock. Arrived at 8 pm and now the lobby and drive-through are closed. Jeez... How does this place keep the lights on? This is a regular occurrence.

The customer service is terrible here. This has been the case for over a year. Most of the staff has an unpleasant attitude. The sandwiches are half made and cold. If you have time drive to the Summerville location on Ladson rd. It's like night and day. The Summerville location is pleasant and friendly with excellent quality food and drinks.

Ugh, I hate leaving bad reviews. Why is the customer service so bad? I came in this morning for a couple cold brews. I simply asked if they have a pistachio cold brew version instead of a latte, and before I could even finish my sentence the elderly woman on the microphone cut me off to say they’re out of pistachio. Okay, that’s fine. She continued to be extremely rude and impatient with me and handed the microphone over to this much kinder younger man, wish I got his name. My point is, people come to get their coffee’s to start their day off right, not to be talked down too. If you’re so miserable find a different job?

Ordering door dash was a better experience. Using the drive through, ordering was difficult. Customer service was poor. And when we received our donuts, it looked like they smashed the icing with their fingers. If you’re serving donuts to someone you should grab it carefully with the paper so that it looks more presentable and appetizing

Ordered an iced matcha with oat milk.
I don’t know how you can even consider this to be matcha. I don’t think they even used oat milk, it’s literally water and the smallest amount of matcha.

This is my second time ordering from this location with the same results. Idk if the staff just doesn’t care or if they are directed to make it this way, but they will skimp tf out of all ingredients and make you wanna crash out.

Best coffee in town. Quick service. The only issue I have is when I order an iced coffee with LIGHT ice they fill it to the brim with ice and I get basically 1/4 of the coffee I paid for

One coffee was missing cold foam in it, but they graciously added hair to it. Both bagel breakfast sandwiches were barely warm, definitely not toasted, and they forgot to add an extra order of hashbrowns that I ordered. This location has drastically gone downhill the last couple months.

Spent $33 on our order and received half of what we ordered. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap, I got them with no bacon. We order omelette bites never received them. The food was falling apart all over the place and everything is just disgusting. The quality, care, and attention to detail is horrible. Rather drive further to a different one for a better experience. Also called and the voicemail is full. This location is by far the worst DD and should get my money back for this horrible food and service.

The customer service isn’t great here. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. The pictures attached was 20mins later when we got home. The first coffee is the correct one, the middle is the messed up one jam packed with ice, and the third coffee is my partners that was made at the same time and place and came out fine. Ordered 2 cold brews in the drive thru. I had to turn around and go back in because I couldn’t even get it up the straw. When my partner went in to get it fixed it was like no one wanted to help and didn’t know what to do. Save yourself a headache and go to a different dunks.

The wait time is worse than waiting at the DMV. The 5pm staff on May 2nd was completely incompetent. Training in customer service, pace and priority is desperately needed at this location. After waiting… I still left with nothing because I NEVER got to order.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. 2 times in 2 weeks I’ve ordered coffee and it’s been WHITE!! Nothing but cram, no coffee in the cup and no flavoring! I have contacted Dunkin customer service and they assured me the store would reach out to me and make it right. The store never reached out to me. This store is horrible! Very poorly run and managed and very poor business practices. Will never be returning again! AVOID!!!!
