We were at the drive thru just now and I guess we weren’t ordering fast enough so one employee comes over the speaker really rudely and asked if we’re going to order and you could hear the other employee YELLING “WOOOO” over and over into the mic to the point that we couldn’t speak. Ignorant and rude. Definitely acting their wage.

Constantly forgetting items on a mobile order which makes me have to constantly go back for it to be fixed. Messing up my order, ordered a sausage and egg croissant - got a sausage biscuit. It’s extremely aggravating little things every single time. I haven’t had a perfect order or interaction in weeks.

I get great customer service but I feel like whoever runs Dunkin as a whole needs to make some changes. Every time I come here no matter what time of the day they’re always out of town he only thing I like which is coffee rolls. When you do a mobile order or even when you go in to order on the kiosk it lets you pay for it then your told they don’t have them and it’s a painstaking process to find something I halfway like. The last time I had to get a muffin and it was so stiff. I never had an issue with ordering drinks till just now. I order a large slant expresso it doesn’t take right and it’s 3/4 of the way full with a bunch of ice. I go to Dunkin once a day this my first time coming to this one. First it was them never having what I like to eat that’s fine but now they’re messing up on my drinks and that’s the main reason I go. I literally go everyday. Maybe it’s this Dunkin I’m not sure but I won’t be going back there again.

I was really saddened by this location. The lobby needs cleaning.
There were 4 associates working, including a manager who was taking a personal call while patrons were in the restaurant. I had to wait for an associate to come from the restroom to take my order. My biscuit was cold. At least they were pleasant.

had a hair in my sandwich and then was told i had to come all the way back to the place so they can make a new one when at that point I was 30 minutes into my road trip I just wanted points added into my app but they wouldn’t do that.

I usually don’t have problems at this location but I also usually go early in the morning before work, today I went a little later. I ordered a pumpkin donut and this is how it was given to me…they were rushing but I feel like that’s no excuse. You don’t hand someone food that’s smashed like this. No one spending money on anything should have service like that. Extremely disappointing

Wanted to add a cup of water since I forgot to order it when the guy came out and took my order then was told I needed to go back through the long drive through line to order a cup of water I consider this horrible service never been denied water at any other establishment where I was spending money

Soooo disappointed! I wrote off DD for years, because every visit Just amounted you still donuts and cold coffee. About 2 months ago I met a friend at the one on main Street and was pleasantly surprised, fresh donuts and good coffee. We started meeting there about twice a month. Because of appointment locations we ended up here and FLASHBACK!! Instant reminder on why I swore off Duncan years ago. The donuts at this location should not be for human consumption. If you're looking for an easy game for children to play, they would work well for ring toss. They can even be used in place of bean bags in cornhole. a papyper weights, a life saver at sea. The ones I got today hard enough that they would work as a spare tire. As if hard unedible donuts aren't bad enough, a slim selection is even worse. They really only had cake donuts. Its really is just very frustrating. The change from just one location to the next. Waste of time, money. Honestly I feel ripped off. They know how long this donuts were out or if they were poorly stored, yet they sold them anyways..
