Firehouse Subs N. Charleston

Ordered our food to go, waited almost 30 minutes. Got all the way home and realized it wasn't what we had ordered. Drove all the way back just to wait over 30 minutes to have it fixed. Two hours for a sandwich plus the cost of driving back across town. Then after they make a new one, they made the sandwich a small when we ordered a large. Absolutely ridiculous. The food is delicious but not worth the process of trying to get it. I really hope management starts to do better. I had to call three times. I understand being busy but hold your company accountable for sloppy work. Then the manager on duty tried to get me to call back or come back later for another manager to deal with their mess up. Then all they offered was a refund of the difference in size for the sandwiches. Will not be back and will tell everyone we know to stay away from this store unless they have all day to waste their time trying to eat.

I love supporting our firemen and women , the sandwiches are always delicious. Jason gave me awesome customer service! Kind and with a sense of urgency. Please give him a raise and promotion.

I havent gone to Firehouse at this location for awhile now, because of customer service and to be honest the prices. I went today and had the best experience. The gentleman that waited on me was excellent. His customer service was the best I have dealt with really anywhere I have been. Kind, friendly, attentive and simply an amazing personality! Thank you for my experience! The Sandwich was great too!

Just had the best customer service ever at this restaurant! Was greeted and served promptly and continued with friendly convo while my food was being prepped. Granted there weren’t a lot of people in there so it was fast service but Gabrielle (I’m assuming she was the manager) was incredibly welcoming and was actively TEACHING her newer employees what to do to be more efficient! I will be back for sure! Thanks for the great experience! And as always my sub was delicious and filling!

This place is always clean and the people are friendly. Adam was great with greeting guests and making people feel welcomed. Our food was made quickly and was pure delicious perfection. By far my favorite firehouse subs in the area.

Do not go to order or eat in store. They only cater to online orders, at least for lunch during weekdays. Waits up to 30 minutes for a sub is ridiculous. Won't visit this location again.

From the sec we walked in till we left was a great time.
The 2 young gentlemen working were very friendly. Joked around and had fun. I appreciate fully the way they worked. They seemed happy to be at work and not miserable having to do their job. Customer service was some of the best service I've ever had. Even if i don't like the sub I'll be back on Customer service alone. Store was clean which unfortunately isnt cared about in most places ive been. I didn't even want a large sub but was up sold and it worked. If i could give more than 5 🌟 i would, well deserving of more!
