Went 30 mins before close. Other customers were already in there, but was greeted with a nasty attitude and eye rolls. Then got my order slammed down in the counter and my child’s rice krispie thrown in the bag. Also ordered a kids meal not even in a kids meal bag just everything thrown together in one bag and didn’t receive my child’s drink. Turned around to go back 20 mins later to everything being closed. Guess they were in such a rush to close and get customers out they don’t care about anything. Won’t be going back at all. Paid 30$ for a half ass meal and disrespectful service.

These once were great franchises, but down hill they have gone. This one is usually filthy. Service is sketchy at best for the amount of $$ you pay

Holy cow, the service was fine and food is good, BUT… the price?!?!?Roughly 12 dollars for a “small”., tiny, sub chips and small drink. I can go two doors down to Longhorn steaks and get a fresh salad with grilled chicken, strawberries and pecans and a homemade bowl of loaded potato soup for $9.99.I know the sub costs more than anything, but if you think about it, divide the three items equally into 12 and that is roughly 4 dollars for the sub four dollars for the drink and four dollars for a small bag of chips. Outrageous.

Kind of disappointed. Went in today and ordered the Italian with Grilled Chicken Salad. It was supposed to have chicken breast, salami, romaine, diced tomato, green bell pepper, cucumber, and mozzarella. AND I added olives, onions and pickles. Got home and my salad only had lettuce and my add ons. No tomatoes, bell pepper or cucumber. Pretty sad. I did not enjoy it with the missing items. I guess it was a miscommunication between the register and the prep line. Definitely check your order before leaving.

First time ordering from Firehouse and the meatball sub and the Hook & Ladder sub here are the best I have ever tasted! I have been looking their menu for a while because of their support of first responders and now will be ordering from this restaurant regularly.

Dietary restrictions: I am highly allergic to mustard and onions. They made certain everything was cleaned and no contact was made with any of those ingredients.

The food is prepared well and I’m always greeted with a pleasant smile. However, the prices here are $2-3 higher than nearby Firehouse

They don’t believe in adding Togo cutlery with salads or even salad dressing. Shows poor care level. I’m very sorry to say this, but it’s aggravating for me. I’m not looking for anything and don’t care to be contacted. I might suggest the owners order from their own stores to see for themselves . Just a

Terrible customer service, I didn’t get a chance to order because three clueless girls stood there talking to each other instead of asking if I wanted to order. They Ignored me like I wasn’t standing there at all. So, I walked out and went somewhere else.

I got the Mac and cheese for 5 bucks. It was 5 dollars for a tiny dish of salt water and noodles, no flavor or substance at all, total waste of money. Also got the new York steamer for ten bucks. It was a sloppy salty mess. Maybe a different sandwich would have been better but overall a terrible lunch for 15 bucks. The bread itself was good at least.

The new Chicken Parmesan Meatball sub is scrumptious!Loved the cheese, the bread, toasted just right. ..hope it sticks around and is a keeper. I'm not a big sub eater, but the times I have gotten one here has never disappointed ...Love the Hook and Ladder, Turkey subs, too. Friendly staff..I love ordering ahead online and picking up, have used delivery as well.Good selection of crisp chips, cookies, and brownies, too.

I always get the brisket sub and it's usually very good but this time it looked like it had no meat on it and drier than usual but I made it work because everyone has one. My daughters ham and cheese sub was good and made perfectly.I would go
