The team on 12/13/25 at noon was AMAZING! We had a needed large order for a volunteer group that were working to supply toys for children in foster care. They worked hard to rush the last minute order. Thank you!

It’s unfortunate that the cost of goods have drastically increased, I could afford to eat at Firehouse 2 times a month now maybe every 2 months.

Went 30 mins before close. Other customers were already in there, but was greeted with a nasty attitude and eye rolls. Then got my order slammed down in the counter and my child’s rice krispie thrown in the bag. Also ordered a kids meal not even in a kids meal bag just everything thrown together in one bag and didn’t receive my child’s drink. Turned around to go back 20 mins later to everything being closed. Guess they were in such a rush to close and get customers out they don’t care about anything. Won’t be going back at all. Paid 30$ for a half ass meal and disrespectful service.
