I ordered through doordash but went in and picked them up. I asked guy that was working about 7:30pm on 9/16 for extra mayo and oil and vinegar. He made my subs PERFECT. I haven't had a sub from yall that perfect in a long time. If I could duplicate that sub I would eat there 4 or r times a week lol. Thank you!

Overall the restaurant is clean with the exception of needing to empty the trash. With only one other patron we waited for 15min. The food was good. And the server Kennedy was very respectful and helpful.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The access is a couple stores down.

Firehouse in azalea sq in Summerville, always great. This location first and last time. Ordered one large sub pretty easy straightforward just added black olives. Got my turkey bacon ranch with zero bacon. Bacon is literally in the title. Did you forget or simply not bother? Didn't bother going back in realizing in the car, having my dogs with me. Thanks for the turkey sub.

I did a mobile order and they forgot one of my sandwiches. No big deal, I get a refund on my order, right? Well kind of. Only on the sandwich they forgot. They then needed me to read my credit card number back to them over the phone. The transaction took place only 30 mins ago it should be able to be reversed. They were not accommodating and refused to budge when I asked for a full refund. They are 25 minutes away from me and didn’t want to return to get my sandwich. There was not a manager for me to talk to resolve my problem also. I will not be returning. Willing to loose a customer for life due to a sandwich. Stay away.

Ordered Firehouse Subs online on 7/13/24. Had receipt and order confirmation with me. I arrived at the store and my food was not prepared. Staff informed me that my order wasn't in the system so they could not make the food. Not their fault but very frustrating. This is the second time this happened at this location. In-person ordering is probably fine but do not rely on online orders at this location. I will not be going back to this location.
Can I get the new chicken meatball on garlic bun? Yes you can. Ok lets get that. Would you like it with white or wheat? Garlic white! Guess what, it wasn't on garlic (as i found out later at home) Oh and wife wanted mac n cheese. Looked inside bag it wasnt there. Asked about it the dude looked at the reciept and saw it; ill bring it right over.
