The restaurant was dirty and unkept with empty boxes strewn around and puddles of some unknown substances in various places. When we arrived, there was a line of about 3 people. It only took a few minutes to order and one employee was very helpful getting the drink machine worked out. We then waited 30 minutes (from 9-9:30pm) for a single sub while 3 of 5 employees stood behind the counter doing nothing. Really disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the service, and the lack of customer service by the staff, including the manager.

This place is RIDICULOUS! I went there to get a $50 Gift Card as a gift for someone and the kid didn't know how to use the money maker pen (to see if the bill is legit) he kept marking the bill over and and over again 🤔. I said look its showing you that it isn't fake. How many times do you need to mark it? So the other kid next to him says we can't take that. We can't accept large bills. I said I'm not getting any change I'm just getting a gift card. So he goes outside to ask the manager and then comes back in and ask me if I have 2 $20's and a $10. I said no because that's now how the ATM gives it to me. Long story short, I wasn't able to get my gift card from THERE!!! I had to go somewhere else and get it. Because that's what the birthday person requested! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

This is a good place to grab a quick sub to eat. I was disappointed in the corned beef, just not real good quality or taste. Other than that everything else was good.

The food is hood overall (they brought us a wrong soup, wrong type of bread and no mushrooms were added)
They also did not have tea sweet / unsweet tea.
One of the bathrooms was not clean…
This place have a good potential, but has some serious management problems

They took over an hour for them to make a meatball sub. The workers were too busy flirting with each other. I order this sub online they didn’t start making it until I showed up. Nobody was even in line, then I saw the worker microwave the meatballs. Very Charleston of them poor service, bad attitudes.

Trash service, incorrect sandwich and online order not made at time of pickup. Walked in didn’t even ask may I help you or anything. So I asked if my order was ready and she proceeded to throw my sandwich in the bag on top of their counter. The manager at this place needs to put these little kids in check. 1 star is too much for them.
