Great food, but no matter how long I give them when picking up from an online order, they're late. I'll give them an extra 10 min from the projected time and still have to wait an additional 10. Food is good, but this location runs on a different time zone. Not worried about meeting any time frames, and they are not even busy.
Always great service and the subs are delicious!!!
Service was awful and both my subs were not as ordered was very disappointed when I got home and saw how sloppy they were prepared and not what I ordered I will definitely not be back
Food was awesome! They were short handed and busy, it took 30 minutes to get our food. They were very apologetic, management needs to schedule more people on shift if possible.

The place is packed, but no one is eating. We’re all waiting on our food. I’ve been waiting 30 mins for my food. There are no fountain drinks available and the cooler drinks aren’t cold.
30 min wait time for 1 sandwich! Drink machine broken ! Absolutely slow ass HELL!
Was there feb 21,2025. It was disguising. The worst sandwich I ever had.u could have made 2 lettuce sandwiches with no meat. Sloppy, roll was old.they put soooo much lettuce on the sandwich 2 hide the 2 pieces of meat & 1piece of uncooked bacon.Never waste ur $30 on this place.

Ordered online and did not get what I ordered. I ordered a club sub and there wasn’t even a smidgen of bacon on it. I reached out to firehouse via the chat services and they assured me that someone would be in contact with me from the store…..never happened! Instead, customer service just gave me the rolling around. I just wanted them to right their wrong and they couldn’t do that. Chick-fil-A would never ignore their customer! I will not order from this store ever again.
Don't waste your time with this place if you value even average customer service. Front counter girl was on the phone, thought she was slick hiding her earbuds under her hat. In between customers she was violently sweeping the door mats while customers ate at nearby tables. I understand wanting to do your side work while business is slow, but business is literally about the food and the customer and flinging dirt into the food ruins the food and the experience. I was disgusted and will not be returning. With so many sub shop choices, I choose not to return to this one.
Welcomed in and my order taken in a few minutes. 4 staff working and 6 guests waiting. Took them a but to get orders out. Food was good.
Food has been good. Service is a little slow sometimes.
