Great service

The cookies was very fresh and customer service was phenomenonal. The young lady was very knowledgeable and professional.

Extremely disappointed, asked for double doozies. They would only sell what was made (rainbow sugar) and would not make white chocolate macadamia double doozies even though the white chocolate macadamia cookies were already made, they just needed to add icing. Do not recommend this place.

I've learned my lesson ask if the. Cookies are freshly baked before spending ur money with these jokers. It's not what it used to be. They need to close that location down.

This is really cute and small ice cream shop with great variety of cookies and ice cream collections. We tried birthday cake which is decent. They even do the birthday cakes and do customizations on it. The girls who worked there move and quiet!

Exceptional customer service and our online order was ready before the time we originally requested. We ordered two of their largest cookie cakes and they were made perfectly and of course delicious. I showed up and was going to have to take two trips to the car but they offered to bring out to my car for me and I really appreciated that. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Ordered a cake online and it was perfect! Maresa went above and beyond my expectations for the dump truck cake. We've ordered cakes from here in the past and they're always beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend!! And double doozies are great too!

Do not order from this place! Not only do they charge extra for each character, but they were rude. When I asked about the policy on charging extra for each character, the associate manager avoided answering. It is up to whomever takes the order on how much they want to charge you. It is supposed to be an extra charge of $6 for any decor not in their book. However I was told by the general manager that she was going to charge me $15 extra. Why? Probably because I am not the right skin color. Not only are they charging more based on skin color, but they are not supposed to do licensed material and yet they do.

$0.45 "convince fee", no explanation of what it is. Not mentioned before hand. Added by cashier. Removed and re-added my review because GAC is just going to comment "We're sorry, email us!" but no one will respond to that email.

Is it me or the cookies don't quite taste the same! I always get the snicker doodles and peanut butter their my favorite but doesn't taste the same not to mention prices are higher ?
