After placing an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:30, arrived to find the doors locked. Wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. Get home and missing half of my order, tried to call the store but they obviously have the phone off the hook as instantly gives a busy signal. Of course having to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order, the food was cold.

Went thru drive thru they had no line had to repeat my order 3 times at menu screen and 1 time at window and they still forgot to give me some of my food but what I got wasn't that good either food was put together sloppy I will eat just about anything but they had to much mayo to much lettuce no tomato and way to many pickles I ordered 3 sandwiches a kid's meal tenders and 3 wraps I only got one of the 3 wraps that I paid for it was mostly mayo and pickles with a skinny little tender they also forgot my daughters fries was on vacation and did not qant to ruin it by causing a scene so I swallowed my frustration and the wait time was about 20minutes with no line ended up throwing the food out ? ? only edible thing was fries and ate at the deli in Piggly wiggly whos food literally tasted like moma cooked it

So, they're supposed to be open until 10pm tonight but I arrived at the drive thru around 8:30pm and was immediately told through the speaker that they were closed, which really took me by surprise considering the time but regardless I still politely responded "Oh okay, would you mind telling me what ya'lls normal hours are so next time I'll know and not waste a trip?"... and I was completely ignored ? This location seems to just make up whatever kind of hours they want but even when people are actually "working" they have zero customer service skills and are rude.This isn't the first time though that I've went to this location when they should've still been open, but they wasn't!What's funny though is I just drove back past there again on my way home at a little after 9pm and all of their lights etc are still on which basically means they're all just hanging out inside and collecting a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing besides turning customers away all night ? ?

Got in drive through line, one car ahead of me, very long wait. Ordered sausage biscuit and fries. Long wait, paid, left and then find no fries. Come on, this ÷as worse than McDonalss.

They close at noon now. My co-worker went there today, 12/4/23, around 1pm. The peak of the lunch hour, and he went to Wendy's instead. Hardee's has gotten so slack, but this younger generation doesn't want to work. I guess a lot of them didn't get their first check until it was a government stimulus check. Spoiled rotten lazy kids....?
