Brandon was a very outstanding bartender. He was extremely personable and carried a great conversation while also promptly and efficiently delivering beverages. Made me feel welcomed from out of town.
What a wonderful stay we had at the North Charleston Marriott!! Jessica at the front desk is absolutely incredible!! She was very sweet, professional and accommodating to all the guests…a true gem! Housekeeping also did a great job and we love that they even offer housekeeping since some hotels don’t in these post-Covid days. This hotel is in a great location, just off I-26, close to the outlet stores and restaurants, but far enough away from all the traffic in that area....
I was in town for a business trip with a few co-workers. I showed up at North Charleston Marriott to check in and found out that I had booked at another Marriott across town by accident. Shameca Hopkins you are a life saver! She called the other manager explained the issue and was able to get my reservation at the other hotel cancelled without a fine.
