Came by here so my Northern relatives could have one last soul food meal before they left to go home. Owner was very nice food was delicious we had seafood rice seafood mac and cheese regular mac and cheese shrimp poor boy crab cakes everything was yummy. She even gave us a free piece of Charleston chews for dessert. Go give it a try

The food was so good! We had a smothered pork chop with cabbage and Mac & Cheese, oxtail with collars and rice along with cornbread. Small place but the owner was so friendly! We actually plan to come back and try something different tomorrow. We are from out of town and glad we found this hidden gem!

Small place in a strip mall. Fried chicken was fresh, hot, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Seafood Mac was a dryer texture, appropriate to the cook on the seafood. Definitely interested in returning for the curry chicken.

From these comments, I see not much has changed, and I was there only ONCE 4-5 years ago. They gave me chicken that was FRIED in fish grease. They know better than that. They can't offer me a FREE plate!!!

Had time before our flight out of CHS and was hungry. Found this gem of a place! The owner is delightful and the food amazing. Had the smothered pork chop over white rice with collard greens and Mac & Cheese! Soooo good! Highly recommend if you are in the area!
