Visited on Wednesday night for their music trivia. Was enjoyable to play along while also trying out their tap selections. They offer board games and nostalgic video games to play as well. Bartender (I wish I caught her name) provided great service, was super friendly and allowed us to sample their beers before making a decision. Would recommend!!

I wanna like this spot but the experience I had meeting a school mates family for the first time and at this location made me uncomfortable. Just being a sideline guest not knowing anything about the issues between new friends and the owners put me in the middle of their crossfire. Friends wanted me to take their dog to the front for them; I carried him through the lobby and stood around for second not thinking I was doing anything wrong, and got a quick very aggressive “we’ve told you he can’t be in here!” as the first gesture by the owner; thinking maybe they just had a bad day and tried to not take it personally…I quietly walked out with dog still held. Also, no one at the bar or in the group mentioned ANYTHING about anyone being cut off but the bar still chose to serve me two beers at the counter after we went outside for a car show. Furthermore, the food truck was a great addition, could use some pinball in there for the adult crowd and hope they continue to grow. Have friends suggest this spot from time to time, I personally just don’t feel comfortable coming back.

Reply: and this is how you choose to react to an honest opinion, moody and unprofessional? It’s irrelevant to how long ago it was, it happened at your bar, but if you must know I made this post after another friend wanted to meet there and I didn’t care to. If people need to be cut off, I completely agree, do it, but then why allow me to grab two beers knowing someone was cut off? You said the “group was told”, but it wasn’t done with everyone together so I missed that part of information and I’m shocked no one bothered to mention it to me at the bar, since I was part of the group…I think yall are more responsible for where those beers go if I’m ordering two and in their group, of course they didn’t say it to me…it was our first time meeting and they didn’t want to mention he had been cut off. Everyone seemed withholding about the drama being had in the moment, and I tried to ignore it the best I could. But if you’re going to act like this, then others should know about it. Seems like I’ve stepped on a toe now and no responsibility is being taken for anyone’s actions. If I had been aware of someone being cut off, even by your staff, I wouldn’t have given him another one. Also, still rude of you talking to me like that with the dog and never having had spoken to me personally prior….sorry yall had a bad experience, would like to have figured something out, but dang that was a bitter response. I know now it was the right call to not return before a review because of your lingering animosity and the situation between all of you then being related back to me, especially if I’m having a drink from yall, i would’ve worried the entire time if someone spit in it.

Amazing Brewery! The tables are plenty big enough to play boardgames on and the beer is delicious. Also they have a few older game consoles that are completely free to play. Definitely recommend for families and groups who want a place to drink beer and play some games ?

A fun place, loaded with table games, card games, and arcade games. The beer is swell, and they sell merchandise of their brewery. Can't wait to go back there.

Great selection of drinks, each a perfect addition in between rounds of video games.

The games and overall theme of the brewery create a great balance, I love talking to people, but I love gaming as well. When I'm feeling the one or the other, I can just switch. Or better yet, do both and meet awesome people.

Had a great time, tysm.

Fun and cool brewery. I ordered a flight of beer and Cerulean Tears was my favorite. It was fun playing retro video games while drinking beer. The games are free! This brewery is a must visit.

It’s dang hot and humid today. The A/C here is a real benefit. The beer selection is quite good.

Great place to hang out solo or with friends. Locally brewed beer. Plenty of different entertainment: bingo, trivia, video games. Food provided by Gorditas Locas Mexican Cuisine. Yes , they are absolutely delicious ?.

Real Person

Surprised this place doesn’t have any pinballs games, maybe a big screen with people playing smash bros, more age appropriate board games or video games for the younger kids. The beers were a little meh but cutely named, also had an issue with tipping out and got a little confused at what was happening in the explanation but apparently tipped someone 3 bucks on top of an extra drink I went back to get. All in all, the place doesn’t bang the way it potentially could. Hope it grows more than what it is now.

High Score Brewing is by far the best brewery in the Charleston area. The staff is beyond friendly and welcoming to all walks of life. North Charleston has needed a place like this for a long time! Definitely my go to brewery for a night out!

Nice idea, I understand they are new and still building their business. I didn’t see many kid friendly games but no problem. I called prior to coming if they allowed pets and they stated they did. When we showed up, this facility has two glass garage door openings that roll up to having half of the building open to the outside and they also have a covered back patio which is nicely fenced in( needs gutter installation). The owner and assisting bartender requested we go to the back patio with our dog which was understandable. We requested a dog bowl and they had one, nice place till miscommunication arose and another paying customer had our puppy in the building, the owner of the place started getting angry and yelling at us to remove the dog from the building… my husband removed the dog and then asked for napkins to help clean up our toddler who fell in a mud puddle; the owner proceeded to start yelling at my husband for having our daughter on the table for simply trying to wipe the mud off her, the owner yelled we couldn’t change her on the table and to take her to the bathroom to change her…. When we were just trying to get the mud off of her…. Overall he seemed very misleading, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I understand they are probably under a lot of stress being new but first impressions are everything and they didn’t make a very good one.Update/response 5/7/24While I completely understand the rules for cleanliness and the conduct of one of our group members was not ideal, he was not incapable of being treated like a person rather than a nuisance. He was not intoxicated just outspoken about the rude tone y’all had with him and that was noticed by five other customers of yours. He was in the wrong for changing her on the table in the public and I corrected that myself, however you failed to include I requested to have cleaning solution and I proceeded to wipe down the table and chairs we sat at, I also didn’t see where you seen me apologize for the conduct of my group member and I was the one that cut him off until I seen he was conducting himself in a calmer manner since we all know alcohol intensifies situations. we were there for many hours and I noticed the rude tones and so did everyone else to him. If you and your staff spent more time connecting with your customers as they did trying to incite arguments maybe you’d get more referrals, again not knocking the place just don’t act like we walked in there like a unclean mob that wrecked your bar.
