“My sister and I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP on Ashley Phosphate. We were truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Robert H. From the moment we were seated, Robert’s kindness and genuine humility stood out. He made sure every aspect of our experience was seamless, providing fast and attentive service without ever feeling rushed.

Robert’s attention to detail and warm demeanor made our meal all the more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, demonstrating a true passion for customer service.

“Nevia was absolutely amazing!!! I do not know why this restaurant location gets so much hate.. but Nevia took care of me with the best southern hospitality ever!!! I actually came in hoping to have great service and great food and that’s exactly what I got!! She was all by herself, bussing and cleaning her own tables while taking care of others needs. The restaurant looked so clean as well. My order was very difficult but she made everything happen for me in a short timely manner. She was just amazing. I will definitely be back and asking for her. And this IHOP officially has my heart!! Thank you Nevia and Thank you IHOP for such an amazing time, scenery and lunch!!! I will see you again shortly Nevia!! :)“
