I arrived on a late flight from Houston and we were looking for somewhere to eat. So we found this IHOP. There was only one waiter, Harry, and 5 tables of patrons. He single handedly and efficiently waited on all the tables. The lone cook, Carlos, quickly and accurately prepared all the meals. Kudos to these two gentlemen for outstanding food and service.

Service was great. BUT I ordered French Toast and I noticed there wasn't any egg batter. It looked like it was just fried bread on both sides. I was highly disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I ordered online came to pick it up. Nobody greeted me. I stood there for 5 mins waited to get greeted. I wasn’t greeted until another family came in and was waiting behind me. Then when I was greeted the tall guy spoke to the lady first instead of me. She had to tell him I was there first for him to speak to me.
I tried to go and they said there were closed how are you open 24 hours but your closed now

Ihop should be ashamed. This is the perfect location. Bad service. It needs cleaning...did I say bad service. The owners should eat there. My food sat out waiting 8 minutes! While they cooked my wife's food. I sat outside the kitchen. The staff gave a don't bother me vibe. I didn't make you fill out the application. I didn't drive you to the interview and I didn't ask you to take the job. I was trying to overpay and tip you for your service. I am sorry to have inconvenience you.
