We had the place to ourselves. It was about 6:15am. There was a thunderstorm and we watched it while eating our breakfast and sipping our coffee.

We went to the other location in Tanger first. Waited over 10 minutes to get seated and saw plenty of workers. None of them greeted us. After waiting for over 10 minutes we went to this location and was immediately greeted.
The young lady who was our server did an excellent job. The food was good, and the service was great, even though they were crowded. I think this will be my chosen location from now moving forward.

First of all there is no phone number to contact the store. Second the employees are condescending and ignorant. I will NOT be a returning customer. It has been years since I've been to an IHOP figured I'd give them a chance never again. #DeadtoMe

Just went to this restaurant, place was empty. We were seated asked about a coupon that we had and were told they couldn’t take it even though it was specifically for this restaurant. After we got our food we found the food was very bland hard and the syrup was like water. The waitress never came back and checked on us and as checking out didn’t ask how the food even was. Very disappointed.

I visited this IHOP at 7361 Mazyck Rd with my sister and niece. The service was outstanding — truly the highlight of our visit. Our server was kind, attentive, and the food arrived very quickly, which we appreciated.
There were a few issues with the food. The bacon was overcooked to the point of being nearly impossible to chew, and the strawberry syrup had a bland, unpleasant flavor. I did mention the bacon to our server, though I didn’t take a photo of it.
On the positive side, the scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and the Strawberry Cheesecake waffles were nicely presented and tasted good. My sister also noted that the coffee was delicious.
Although I left a bit disappointed with the food this time, the excellent service truly made a difference — and it’s the reason I would consider returning.

The food was fantastic however the restaurant was filthy. There were very few guests and a ton of wait staff sitting around that could have been cleaning. The floor was sticky. The waitress was nice but not attentive.

Ordered through Door Dash. I don't know why, but every time I order part of my order is missing.
This time, I ordered Steak Tips & Crispy Shrimp.
I got the order, opened the food package, the salad on top was nice. But that's it!!
There were no shrimp, none at all. The steak tips were sweet, which I didn't expect and didn't like.
I don't want sweet steak, and I didn't get my shrimp. This meal was a bust!! Over $50 on one meal wasted!!

The servers here are really nice. Unfortunately, each time we come we have to wait a while for food or to have or order taken. I'm not sure if the place is short staffed, but the same thing happened a different time when we were the only ones there. I was excited to try the tres leches pancakes, and I ordered them with my combo, but they brought me plain pancakes. I couldn't wait longer because my baby was crying. I wish service was faster and more accurate, but I am happy that all the servers have been very kind.

Sadly, the service and food quality have declined. Even when there are very few patrons in the restaurant, the staff are visibly (and audibly) doing non-work related things rather than tending to customers. Disappearing in the back somewhere and checking on the customer once during the course of the meal does not make me feel like a priority. To apologize for not explaining what comes with a meal they suggest, then have to pay extra to get what the menu clearly says should be part of the meal is crazy.
