Our host, the waitress, and the cook were absolutely phenomenal!! I wish I could rate management separately, because they are the reason for my 1 star rating, in particular manager Roseann. It was about midnight, maybe 1 o’clock in the morning, and there were maybe five tables eating. The manager came storming in fussing and swearing at the staff (staff which by the way where doing an amazing job for working with a late night crew which is typically more limited)! I understand (whether you realize it or not you were speaking loudly enough from the entrance of the kitchen that I could hear you at the window) that the “owner is pissed” (your words) but that didn’t give you the right to come in and curse at or berate your staff, especially in front of guests! Then stand at the entrance of your kitchen with your arms crossed looking angry at the world, if you’re so disappointed or dissatisfied with how your staff is doing set an example and get moving yourself. I understand as a manager you may have to give feedback to your staff or even speak sternly at times to get your point across, but that’s a moment that should be private between you and your staff. Not you, your staff, and your guests that are paying to enjoy a decent meal. I felt so sorry for your staff that I went and apologized to them on your behalf because your actions showed me you most certainly wouldn’t. I told them that they for no reason, even if they were doing something incorrectly or not up to standard, deserve to be spoken to that way, especially in front of those dining there. I don’t care what time it is, what role you have, if you got called in on your night off, or if you just flat out hate your job- disrespect towards other is uncalled for

Good place, just coffee is to expensive $3.99 and they charge extra for egg whites $1.99, it the same egg just no yoke, they also cheap with the meat they put in the omelets

Was good for ihop was basically nobody there so was doubtful at 1st but service was slow but good food was great and coffee was great hince the 4 star instead of 5 but overall would come back if in the area we were down for James Island Christmas lights

I almost didn’t stop and thought it was sketchy

It was the middle of the night/early Sunday morning. There were some un-housed people by the corner of the building, no other guest (cars) and I thought it was closed. There were no guest inside the restaurant as well.
There was a black guy serving who I believe was the manager on duty.

*** This ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had any IHOP across the United States. From the taste of the food to the service.

The food was cooked to perfection, fresh and a good size. (Steak tips)
My server was attentive, professional and personable.

I was there on the 5th of Oct around 3am.

Went there for a to go order. Apparently, there’s no one working the front desk. Employees didn’t acknowledge me when they did come to the front desk. I asked someone if there was someone taking to go orders, they deflected to another employee who acted like the prospect of taking the to go order was some great insult. I guess the Waffle House down the way is the move from now on.

Really good food and it was cooked well. Grits had a strange taste and soupy but other that steak tips was good. I’m giving them 3 stars because they forged a tip onto my card and I don’t like that especially when I gave them a cash tip.

👎👎 Severely disappointed with this location!
Went for breakfast, arrived and was waiting behind one other person! 15 minutes and still waiting.
Another group arrived after I had and all of a sudden, an employee showed up and proceeded to seat them instead! 🤔
Apparently not needing my business so I left! Disappointed yo say the least!!!
Cracker Barrel here I come 😉!!
