So we went here on a Sunday about noon and It was 7 of us. They set us at a dirty table and when we asked the waitress to clean it, she rolled her eyes and half cleaned it. It took another 15 minutes for another waitress to come and take our drink orders. We also put our food orders in at the same time, however, she only took an order from 6 of us 6 and left. We had to call her back to take the 7th person's order. I'm not sure how you NOT take everyone's order at the table. When the food finally came out out only three of us had the correct food we ordered. Never have I had service so poor in any restaurant that I've ever been in. The waitresses literally do not care about anything,cleanliness food, attitude, nothing. I will never, ever dine at this IHOP again!

If I could give a zero I would. Absolute WORSE customer service EVER. Asked for well done steak tips they still wasn’t done. Food was cold. It took awhile for my order to be taken and also took awhile before I got the check and I had to ask for that. They don’t make sure to check on their tables. One man had to get up and ask for a refill. I will NEVER come back to this ihop EVER again.

Server was one of the best. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️everything was hot and freshly cooked. All the employee's were very friendly . If I lived in Charleston I would return here often. And I'd like to include You honestly don't ever recieve service like this anymore.
It was okay until some child 2 tables down from us threw up. It took a while for the family to leave and the staff to get the area cleaned. My wife and I couldn't finish our meals, so we got trays to carry out and left as quickly as we could.
Overall a good experience. The food was very good and the service was decently well. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they made sure to clean our table right away as we sat down. I will eat here
Dirty and neglected place, dirty tables. Tasteless food, dirty utensils, I had to wash the spoons in the sink. It will never be returned. Let's hope they improve with the reviews because it was a good place.

Stopped after a day of travel. New server? Delivered coffee without spoon. Delivered rest of food without silverware. 2 cups of coffee, neither of which was hot. Bowl of soup lukewarm with an impenetrable layer of microwaved cheese covering bowl. Fried chicken salad not bad, but was brought ranch dressing without asking what kind I would like. Overall, this has been my experience at IHOP everywhere for several years. Caused a longing for Waffle House.

About 3 of us went to IHOP this past Sunday for a friend's birthday, WORSTexperience I've ever had, when the waitress, brought our food to us, the food was wrong then she knocked over my water in my lap. When asked to speak to the manager, well let's say he didn't care or wasn't hearing it. I'm a GM at a restaurant as well, and if something like that happens u don't give a 14.89 discount on a 70 ticket. That wasn't making it right at all. It wasn't about the money. But if your gonna do that make it right. And sir that wasn't right at all
