I was visiting Charleston and really wanted some great wings. I found a great place on Saturday night. After I realized exactly where the restaurant was my experience was great from there. Albert, our cashier was very professional, kind, sweet and helpful. He assisted with choosing the right flavors and the explanation of the menu. He was able to answer all of my questions and had great customer service. I appreciate Albert's hard work and constant kindness during my visit here. He also made great friends with my son. He definitely deserves kudos for a job well done and a raise. The wings were delicious except for the soft fat inside. Definitely visiting again TONIGHT!! The DoorDash reviews are more on point than Yelp. The reviews for this place are obviously expired, and people need to give them a try. We ordered 6/26/2023( an hour ago, 30 minutes before they closed). We waited a little longer for our Doordash order( I mean, let's face it, restaurants start closing their kitchens 30 minutes before they close. People need to get home) but that didn't stop them from making it and having it fresh for us. I ordered the 8 PC wings combo with a Dr. Pepper, two sides of curly fries, and a side of Mango Habanero sauce. I already ate, but my partner had a late night, so I got him dinner( I wasn't cooking tonight). He bit into the Honey Chipotle wing and said," yep, this is the new place." I took a bite, and he was right. That sauce is too good. I dipped my curly fries into the Mango Habanero sauce and finally, something with flavor, not just heat! My one year old loved the sauce until that sneak heat hit her. We will definitely be visiting them soon as well. Haven't been inside yet, but we'll know soon enough. I urge you guys to go and eat there, and put reviews up. A lot of these spots need the reviews to get more orders

They used to be the best hands down but everytime I order food at night its trash. Need to get rid of that night crew or retrain. I'm tired of missing my sauce cups I pay for and there isn't enough sauce on the chicken. Its mostly bare. Also isn't it supposed to come with Ranch? 11pc for $10?

ordered on door dash just looking for some wings; pleasantly surprised.. wings came fresh and crispy and you can't beat the price - we will def be ordering again! so good!!!

I have ordered from here 3 times with mixed results. When delivered through Doordash the food arrived cold both times but when I picked up myself it was fine. When the food was cold I threw it in the air fryer and the problem was solved. I have liked all the flavored sauces but none of the dry rubs. The smoked wings look and taste the same as the regular wings but I thought they were good and reasonably moist. You aren’t going to find a better price for wings which is the biggest factor for me personally and I don’t care that their kitchen is within a Chili’s. I plan to order from them again but I will probably stick to pickup instead of delivery.

Thought it was delicious plus the portions are good and leaves me satisfied, however I would love to see more wings on the spicy side if you don’t mind??

I order a 8 pc bone in wings with dry rubbed ranch, my wings came back bland. It taste like they fried them in fish oil or whatever and threw them in the box for the dasher to send it to me. I sure did call doordash to get my $13.34 dollars back, last time im ordering from some place new and trying something new

Wings and Curly fries were really dry. Also the Wings were seasoned only on one side. I was not satisfied. It was delivered by DoorDash.

The “business” is inside Chili’s. They will not let you order inside. You have to do it online. Makes you go through doordash. Hate the business concept and took my business down the road.
They only gave me half of what I ordered, then when I tried to call them, the number said no one was available. And they don't have a physical location or any other ways to contact them so I was cheated out of my meal and money.Edit: I ordered from door dash. I understand that doordash is unreliable because it could be the driver's fault, but this is the second time I ordered from here and both times the order was wrong. The first time the sauces were wrong, but it still tasted fine so we didn't say anything. This time, half the order was missing. I've already gone through the process of refund through doordash, but it's just a shame that both times the order wasn't handled properly, because I do like yalls wings a bunch.

These wings are awful. Don't eat here. If the only thing you do is wings, they should be good. I wish I could give it zero stars. Chris, the manager told me he guaranteed that my wings weren't bad, even though I was the person that ate them not him. I got all double jointed wings out of an order of 16. No drummies. Don't go here. Awful

Omgosh!! This is the best chicken I have ever had in over 16 years of living in South Carolina is really my new favorite chicken spot!! The wings are always done to perfection, the curly fries are always on point, and the prices are unbeatable!!! I will gladly be giving them a lot of my business!!!
