Genuinely the worst I have ever been treated at a restaurant. I was ignored for a half hour and when I asked nicely to put in an order because I had been waiting quite awhile, I got the most snarly rude waitress saying she couldn’t help me, and walked away. Truly blown away by how bad the service was. Be kind to one another for the love of God, the world is hard enough.
Great Place

My husband and I had a delicious lunch here. The service was friendly and quick. Menu prices are much more affordable than other airport options and what we ordered was well made. We split a flatbread and parmesan fries. No complaints here!

I had to wait for a table to be cleaned and as many as 5 tables needed to be. Once seated, I had a nice waitress Jacinta but everything a little bit slow. It seemed like they had plenty of staff in the kitchen and wait staff. Once served and slowly relaxing eating another waitress came over and told me they closed this section and I needed to finish. There were several others finishing up and they were not told that and there food scooped up. I was going to box leftovers but not given the opportunity to say. I paid when received bill and 18% tip was already on there. I hope it all went to my waitress and not shared with rude other waitress.

I was at the airport looking for something good to eat and this menu look great compared to the other options. So I went walking around the airport looking for it and I passed it twice when I finally asked for help. That's when I was told it's behind u and it's been closed for months..... That's not it says on the website.. So this place is closed for business. Good luck getting a decent bit in the other places.
Our initial low expectations were far exceeded by perfectly cooked salmon, mashed potatoes and zucchini/yellow squash, served by a friendly, enthusiastic waitress.

Food was very generous portions, service great, and the Runway Margaritas were delicious. The staff hustled to serve quickly and efficiently. I don’t know why they had some poor ratings but I highly recommend this restaurant.

Portions were huge, atmosphere was nice, and Ashley was the most LOVELY server I’ve ever had in my life! She was so pleasant and bubbly. I’m a restaurant manager and I wish I could hire her to work for me, if only I didn’t live so far away. She works so hard and absolutely deserves recognition for the amazing job she does!

It was busy when I arrived. Little bit of seating was available. Only 2 were available at the time and I declined to get my own “private” seating. It did take about 10 mins or so. Not too bad for be since I had about 2 hours until my flight.
Once I was seated I was greeted almost immediately by Dennis. He took my drink order and shortly after took my food order.
I ordered a plain burger - well done.
When I received it, it was a little bit more in the pinkier side but i decided to let it go.
I ordered a margarita and it was very good. The salt was very salty on its own but with the drink, it was good. May need to consider if you can’t handle salty stuff. It was excessive but I’m okay with it.
Overall, not bad for me, could definitely be better but I was satisfied.

I stopped by for breakfast before catching my flight back to Chicago on Saturday morning 10/5/24! Everyone who greeted me that morning, had a smile on their face and were very welcoming! Ashley was my server and she was phenomenal! Very cheerful and did not miss a beat! She took care of all the tables that morning, and she smiled and laughed with everyone!
Delaware North does a great job with that restaurant!
