Talk about going above and beyond! I’m watching, observing and I tell myself- “Wow! She is kicking some serious __ss! Look at her go! She’s hits the gas and does not let up! WTH!? When is she going to slow down???” She never did. Watching her work, engage and help these weary travelers made me think of myself and question my own work ethic! And more importantly- how I treat people. I walked out of her domain with a new sense of self awareness and for all those around me. Thank you, thank you for the awakening and thank you for treating all of us voyagers like we came home. All the words that describe someone so nice, helpful, attentive, personable and lovely all end at one name, Shanna. Thank You Shanna. From all travelers you encounter: I and we are all forever thankful for people just like YOU.

Got the Philly cheese steak. Ended up giving me food poisoning and I was up until 5:30am hugging a toilet seat. ?

Grilled salmon tasted more fried than grilled. Had a hard shell coating. Mashed potatoes were like glue. And the vegetables were covered with rancid vegetable oil. This is the worst salmon dinner I’ve ever had!

Hostess was very sweet and allowed me to choose what table I wanted even during their lunch rush. Abrianna served me and was efficient and very genuinely nice. I ordered their chicken club and it was exactly what I was expecting. Prices are also very reasonable for an airport. Thank you!

Food wasn't terrible but unsure if the bartender intentionally under poured liquor due to management instruction or if she just didn't know how to measure drinks. When pouring liquor she kept using the 0.75 ounce side of the jigger, so when someone asked for a double they effectively got 1.5 ounces - meaning they paid for a double and got a single serving. Pretty scamy especially considering airport prices for cocktails are already exorbitant at a baseline and they turn around and give you half a serving for the money you're paying.Moral of the story is don't drink here.

Terrible food and not as described. Grilled cheese is not grilled at all. It is dry toast. Placed a second order - eggs with cheese. It looked like a single egg - not three. No cheese. So they gave me a side of cold hard cheese. I am still starving.

Food was BOMB, even when we asked for it to go cause our flight crept up on us. 2 beers were ice cold. Fries - amazing. The burger was actually cooked medium rare like I asked - 5 stars.

The food - at 5am no less - had no right to be as good as it was. Came expecting nothing, got a legitimately delicious breakfast. Coffee was really good too.Service was short tempered but it’s early, I’d be that way too.Vegetarian options: Nothing explicitly vegetarian but several breakfast options are that by default.

Incredibly inhospitable staff. Food was ok at best. Just walk on by to Burger King. This was our worst experience in Charleston. Why is this place even operating?

Decent restaurant to grab a drink and a bite before a flight. I got a spicy bloody Mary and it was delicious. I also got a turkey burger with herb fries and it was really good!
