*Order Online* Used to be my go to for subs but after today will definitely be going elsewhere. There was literally no line and I ordered a chicken Philly on wheat. I figured I would be in and out like always but this time I sat there for twenty minutes before going up and asking if my sandwich was ready only to be told I completely forgot about your order by one of the employees.

yall messed up my food order, put meat on my veggie sandwich but wont refund me or remake it without the old one? i ordered it at 8pm, didnt get to open it til 9:30, called the next day to politely ask for it to be remade but yall need the old sandwich? i threw it away! im pregnant, it made me sick to look at! i cant eat deli meat regardless of the fact that im vegetarian. that's completely ridiculous that you say because your staff is messing up orders thats its your policy that we bring the mess up. what does that have to do with me? train your staff to do their job! i have a picture, with a timestamp & my receipt. ive spent so much money at this place just this week! you've been my biggest pregnancy craving now you've lost a loyal customer. heres a pic of my NOT veggie sandwich with my receipt

This place lacks consistency; it seems to depend on who you are. I got 4 banana peppers, 3 jalapeños, and 4 pickles on my salad. A teammate told me that's the standard, and the manager confirmed that if I wanted more, I'd need to order extra. However, I’ve never had to do that before. I won't be returning to this place.

I love this location! They are always clean and the employees are very kind and respectful. Highly recommend it for a quick lunch or dinner.

The absolute worst custom service I have encountered in a long time. The meat person was extremely rude, so I left. Highly recommend going to Jimmy John's down the street

I come here often for lunch because it’s right up the street from my job. I get the 26 no tomato sub jalapeños. My trips are usually good, but this time there was no jalapeños, and the sandwich was very skimpy not my usual experience so I felt the need to post.

We ate here yesterday for the first time in quite some time. The restaurant was very clean, as were the restrooms. I had a #17 Mike's Famous Philly. It may have been the best I've ever eaten. My wife had the #14 The Veggie. It was also delicious.
We are looking forward to eating here again soon.

So displeased with the workers/service at this location. The man slicing the meat/cheese was so rude and demanding, the young lady assembling the sandwiches was very slow, I ordered a blt and got 2 pieces of bacon (leading me to request more) which I received an attitude and dirty looks for. Maybe I can in on the wrong shift but this place has to do better.

We waited 30 minutes to get a sandwich after we ordered and got everything we ordered...except our kids sandwich! I had to ask the counter three times where the rest of our order was. Eventually the cashier in training got the cook to complete our order and brought it out to us in the dining area. The crew appeared to be mostly new or poorly trained. C'mon management team!

Kid-friendliness: It should not take a half hour wait to get one simple sandwich off the kids menu.

This location is fantastic! I order takeout weekly and have never encountered any issues. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, ensuring my order is correct and ready on time. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious meal.
A lot of parking space in the back and huge, spacious dine in area!
