Jersey Mike's Subs

Only rating a 3 so maybe this review will be read. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. Ye restaurant is clean.
My only complaint is why in the world are there no knives available for customers. My husband and I eat at this location at least once a week and because of a gluten allergy, I order a tub. It is impossible to eat an Italian tub without cutting it up. Unless
I use two forks. I bring my own knives which I should not have to do.
I think maybe the manager and owner should try to eat an Italian sub without a knife and see how it works.
Every other location we frequent has knives. I can’t possibly be the only customer who needs a knife for a salad.

Bad customer service

Order a giant 56 with extra meat and mikes way. Only added the extra meat and lettuce and tomatoes no juices or spices

Bread stale as hell! Listen to the video I uploaded for proof. The girl working there acted like she was rationing off the toppings on my sandwich. One dam scoop of mayo so i told her to add more. 3 banana peppers in the middle so I told her to add more smh very bad experience today.

New location, it was clean and well organized. Subs were good as always!

Not particularly clean or organized. They didn’t start preparing the hot sub until I was already checked out on the cold sub. I asked for my Italian to hold prosciutto and replace with extra capo but got neither so they charged me for an Italian but got ham only. The Philly cheese was definitely not a Philly. First time and last time.

A lot of people working but service was slow and info was not being passed from staff to staff.

Mr. Issac really is the epitome of customer service! I love Jersey Mikes! I ordered a sub here and a dasher stole my food (this isn’t Jersey Mikes fault whatsoever) however Mr. Issac made sure I was taken care of and rectified the situation when it wasn’t the stores fault. Thank you so much! Acknowledging the customers feelings is a big thing for me and that’s what he did. However he went above and beyond really made sure I was satisfied. Thank you.

We have NEVER had a bad experience here. It’s so easy, order in the mobile app, pick up at designated time, and the staff will make sure you are you so you get the correct order and someone else doesn’t just take food. That makes me feel better about ordering here. Jersey Mike’s is our #1 go to!

We just stopped in for sandwiches to go but the food was excellent with fast, friendly service. My husband and granddaughter declared their chocolate chip cookies the best we had ever purchased!! Will definitely visit again.
