We have NEVER had a bad experience here. It’s so easy, order in the mobile app, pick up at designated time, and the staff will make sure you are you so you get the correct order and someone else doesn’t just take food. That makes me feel better about ordering here. Jersey Mike’s is our #1 go to!

Order a sub at this location and bread was rock hard. Haven't ate all day. Called to get it resolved but Emily the manager had a nasty attitude saying she does not want to hear any explanation she just wants to know what the problem is. If you did not want my explanation why ask. Never had a bad sub from here until today. Customer service was very rude tonight, not going back to this location again!!!

Sandwich was terrible The bread tasted old. Inside it’s pretty nasty smh, there is mold all around the ice dispenser. The area for the lids is disgusting. I will never eat here again.

Placed an order on the 12th we ran the food by the house went to parent teacher conference and had a couple other errands to run by the time we get home we realize that the sandwiches that we ordered were not correct I called in and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager And they told me that since it was so close to closing to call back tomorrow. However, I didn't call back the next day instead I called today on the 14th which is two days later spoke with Emily. She told me that she would redo the sandwiches. No problem and I told her I'd probably be an hour or two before we would come pick them up because we had some things to take care of first, so when I called back in to let them know, it was OK to make sandwiches. A guy answers the phone and another on the phone explaining to me that Emily was in the bathroom while this lady comes to the phone and she tells me that she cannot do the order because someone by the name of sky or Kai was working that night and nothing like that happens well first of all it didn't happen in the store. It happened over the phone so I don't know how the guy would even know what happened she told me she wasn't making the order unless I could share proof that the order was made, and paid for, tell her to go ahead and proceed make the sandwiches I would pay cash and I sent my husband up there. I could literally hear my husband in the background when he arrived and the guy with last name Nelson was going through the paperwork he said he could not find, anything showing that we ordered that we ordered hot subs but the only thing one of the other workers remembered was cold subs OK well if it's a ham sandwich and then Italian sandwich that would be a cold sub so they were looking for hot subs I have no idea so basically he told me there was nothing I could do to remember what the receipt was so I called up there to inform him I had found the receipt and he answers the phone in front of my husband, and says guess who it is again as if it's some kind of joke, and I don't appreciate it whatsoever explain to him that I had the receipt it has the time to date. I haven't gave him the ticket number and he says because it's already been two days there's nothing he can do about it so I don't understand what changed from when Emily could do something about it when I told her it was Tuesday or Wednesday because it wasn't certain of the day, but now that I have the actual day no nothing can be done. I informed him that I would be calling corporate and that is my intentions and I will be doing so because I don't like being mimicked I feel like the way I was treated was uncalled for and then had more money for something I shouldn't of had to it had they got the order correct to begin with we go there sometimes 2 to 3 times a week and as my husband walked in the door. I heard one of the female voice is saying your back again which tells me she recognizes him yet nothing can be done so I will save my little receipt and I'll be making my phone call first thing Monday morning. I hate even giving one star because after all of this, I don't feel it worthy of even half of a star, but unfortunately, it will not let you proceed until you click a star

Placed a mobile order. When I arrived there was a line, so I was glad all I had to do was give them my name and they handed me my sub. I got their Original Italian sub and it was delicious!!

Asked for the grilled onions on the side of my cheesesteak. Physical pickup order. Came all the way home, Received a container of a raw onion. Called the store, was told to come back to get the onion grilled, and was laughed at on the phone!!!

Chic with the green hair that I think is the manager is rude to her team and customers. If she does this to the wrong person it may not go well in your restaurant. One of her team members eye rolled me when she was rude to him.

Best cheese steaks. I call ahead and place an order over the phone while I am driving there so when I get there it is ready and waiting for me. Great staff at this location.Parking: It's a big lot that serves a lot of stores. You can always find a parking spot close to the store.

Great spot for lunch. They’re always so accommodating with gluten free options as well. Had an issue yesterday with cheese ending up on my sub which I cannot have due to dairy issues but Jared was very understanding and was able to help me out today. 10/10 will recommend this location to everyone.
