Jersey Mike's Subs

Usually never have any issues ordering here but really disappointed and probably won’t go back after today. I ordered the Mike’s chicken Philly and they left out half of the ingredients. It states on the menu it has onions and peppers and my sandwich had neither. Now I just wasted my reward for a sandwich that wasn’t made properly.

Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn't you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.

I love these sandwiches but this particular location was dirty, the employees were rude. They acted like it was inconvenient to even do their jobs. I will definitely not go back there

I’m usually a huge fan of Jersey mikes, but not this one. The bread was stale, the restaurant was gross, and when I tried to get more oil and vinegar for the dry bread, all the employees were in back and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. Gross

The store is very convenient. I ordered online and the food was ready before the pick-up time. Staff was well respectful greeted when entered. Not to mention the food was amazing. my order was made correct had no problems with my order. Thanks center point Jersey Mike's. I will be returning.

All employees except one were in the back on their phones except one. One of them tried to charge me for a “giant” instead of a “regular “, the employee had to ask another employee if it wasn’t a “giant “. All tables are dirty and trash on the floor

The rudest staff I have ever come across. I ordered a sandwich which I thought was bigger by mistake, when I asked about the sandwich the worker threw out my sandwich before I could say I would keep it, but then again charged me for it, then I asked to add a small sandwich which they got upset about. When making my sandwich asked for mustard and they gave me a pea size amout where it was barely nothing on it, so asked for more they got upset with me asking for more. After all said and done, they threw my sandwich in a ripped up bag I asked for a new bag the lady threw it at my face. I recommend this place get audited and shut down. I will never set feet back in this place.
