When we landed in Charleston South Carolina, a month ago this was the first place we were taken to. I enjoyed the atmosphere,Cleanliness, politeness and the employees were so kind ,the service was quick,. We need your service in Chicago they would love it

Ordered twice in the same week, the same items and both times the pickes where missing. Why offer if its not going to come with the items ordered. Can't blame the delivery service because they are not allowed to check the food.

My husband and I visited this establishment today with our two year old daughter (around noon) who is on the spectrum. We knew it would dicey attempting to go to a restaurant with her, but her therapist said it is still good to expose her to restaurant environments. We were in town for an appointment with her specialists at MUSC and had some time to bide.

We requested to be seated in the side room where there was one other table so as not to disturb others and keep our daughter from being overstimulated. The manager was very accommodating with our seating request.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get our waitress’s name. She was thin and Caucasian and had red hair worn in a bun. When our daughter started displaying signs of difficulty I immediately went and found our waitress. I explained the situation and she brought our check and boxed up our food expeditiously so we could leave. She was very accommodating and compassionate.

I regret not getting your name, but you are an angel. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. We don’t get to go out often and it doesn’t always work out the way we want it to, but it’s a work in progress. Thank you for picking up on my distress and being so sweet. You made our day a little brighter. I truly hope management appreciates and praises your humanity.

We’re northerners and have been here for 5 years and didn’t really understand the hype on southern bbq until we found Jim N’ Nicks. I mean… mouth watering, meat falls off the bone, the sides are exceptional. It felt like everything we ordered tasted better than the last. I was hooked just even after the free biscuits.. holy crap! This even beats out the over-hyped expensive places downtown that left us nauseous. Thank you Jim n’ Nicks, we’re finally on board with southern bbq! If you’re ever at the North Charleston location, Sara was so sweet, attentive and so quick. She had our next drinks ready before we even finished the first. 10/10 amazing

First time going here and WOW!!! The food to the service was great. Seth the manger even came to our table and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Now a days managers don’t do that so this was a huge impact to us. Thank you Seth and we will def be back.

Came in for a late afternoon post work lunch on Friday. Sat at the bar and got the Mac N Cheese with pulled pork and a beer.
Service was super quick and the bartender was very friendly and welcoming as was the front of house manager and the rest of the staff that I interacted with.
Food came out quick and was delicious.
Highly recommend!
