Worst customer service. Ordered Door Dash. When my order was not delivered I called the store to get an estimate on delivery. They told me they had no delivery drivers. But one would be coming in and asked if I could wait an hour and my food never arrived. I called the store back Only to be told there were no drivers. They had no intentions of calling me to tell me they had no delivery drivers and I never did receive my food. After multiple phone calls to the corporate office I was giving a $10 gift card. The store manager never returned any of attempts to obtain contact and get my refund that the corporate office said I was entitled to. Not to mention the individual at the store hung up the phone on me when trying to figure out how to rectify the situation. All noted with corporate office.

Came in about 45 mins before they closed to grab a to go sub.Inside was already closed up. Employee was wrapping food up for the night, and promptly gave me a "cash only" in hopes that I'd leave.Worst customer service I've seen in a while. Won't be back.

I came to Jimmy John's centre pointe near Tanger Outlet and was immediately greeted with "We're only accepting cash" I was like okay I have cash, so the team member took my order and after I paid for my unwich he stated "he doesn't have lettuce" he was like " I think we're out and said that he was the only one working" at that point I had a confused look on my face because he already took my order. He was like you want it on bread. I'm trying to eat healthy, so I asked for wheat he stated they don't have wheat bread. He stated they really don't have anything ma'am! I said well what do you have looking around the restaurant noticing that I'm the only customer there. He said we have this Italian bread as he drags his phone across the counter where they prepare the food. I think his headphones were connected and he didn't want to end his call. He made my sandwich and I struggled to eat the dry hard bread on the way home. That experience was so disappointing!

Amazing sandwiches! I cannot think of anything else to say. Never am I disappointed in the cleanliness of the established and the friendliness of the staff. If you haven't tried, then I suggest that you do. Enjoy!

That was the location in Centerpoint that said they were closed and it was only 7:45 and your schedule says that you open until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night SMH

I was very disappointed when I went to visit the store on December the 7th at 7:45 p.m. the door was open but the young man told me that they were closed but going by the time slot that they have on your page it says that they close at 9:00 p.m. so I was wondering if you were closed why was the door still open for customers to come in and out for you to tell them that they're closed and not serve them very disappointed so can you please put the right time of your schedule dearly that would be appreciated.

Went in at 8:20pm. Got greeted by 3 employees saying “We’re closed, we’re wrapping all the food up.” They’re open until 9pm. Guess y’all don’t need my business but Jersey Mikes gladly will.

Ordered online for pick up, website said the store was open. Arrived and the door was locked. Lights were off and we could see food was sitting out on counters, uncovered/unwrapped. Hopefully the customer service will be better when I call tomorrow to receive my refund...if they will be open.

First time ordering from this location in a few years. The delivery was great but, the sandwich and drink were not top tier. I received a drink and it tasted like carbonated water instead of sprite. Specifically ask for my sandwich to be cut in half. It was cut at the end and looked like they gave up cutting it. I am not pleased but, shout out to the delivery driver. He’s the best!
I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to have super fast delivery… I’ve made the great mistake of ordering delivery from this location a few times. It’s less than 2 miles from my house and it has taken almost 2 hours every single time…

I completed an online order and drove 15 minutes to this location only to find the store closed. I spoke to the manager, Jessica, the following day and she just nonchalantly told me that the previous closing shift didn't actually close the online store so she had a lot of orders to refund which takes 3-5 business days. When asked about some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, time wasted, and lost fuel, she tells me there's nothing she can offer. I felt like she didn't exercise any empathy and basically didn't care. So, in short, their customer service skills are sub-par. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

I made an online order this evening. Went into the store and was told they never received my order. I showed the picture of the receipt in the app and the email I received. They refused to make the sandwiches and won’t offer a refund. Even after I showed them where the money had come out of my account. They were incredibly rude

Food was as it normally is. Service on the other hand was extremely poor relative to every other Jimmy John's we have been to. The music was extremely loud, there appeared to be only one employee working, who was wearing a tank shirt and headphones the entire time. The restroom had trash overflowing the trashcan and there was no soap in the dispenser. The atmosphere of the restaurant was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend visiting this location.

Awful franchise. I ordered a number seven combo, no mayo. After I paid I found out the cashier was paying so little attention that I only got to rung up for a sandwich. That's fine, didn't really need chips and a drink. When I got back to work and bit into my sandwich, found out it is absolutely loaded with mayonnaise.
