I love the food here. It’s so frustrating at how limited your delivery services are at Jimmy John’s everywhere. Nothing the individual stores can do, but really a big mess up on a corporate level. So much money left on the table, so many unhappy customers.It’s easy for JJ’s to just utilize Uber eats or DoorDash if they are unable to expand store delivery services. Overall a huge disappointment in not getting great food to hungry customers.

When my food was delivered, they forgot one my sandwiches. I called the store, and they another delivery with the missing sandwich so I was happy about that. However the last couple of times of getting sandwiches, they haven't tastesd great. The sandwiches have been tasting bland and no flavor and just plain tasting. I will not be ordering from here anymore because there's nothing really special about it.

Went to this location on 11/10 at 6pm I always go to Jim’s or Jersey mikes This jimmy got its jam going on, that Italian night club hit so hard on a Friday afternoon I was instantly transported to Sicily, with them jimmy peppers It was right on time with a cold beer ( beer not sold or consumed at the Jim’s) real nice treat before dealing with the wife 10/10

Yes, they're delivery area sucks cause it can't even deliver 4 miles down the road where I live at. So I had to drive to 4 Miles to Pick Up my Order and Then Wait Until 2 O'Clock to get it.

I love jimmy johns. I often get delivery to my work but have eaten inside too. It’s an odd location that’s a bit difficult to get to so it’s better to get delivery unless you’ll be eating inside, pickup is not worth it.

Went to pick up food for CURBSIDE pickup but the employees were simply too lazy to bring the food outside
I ordered curbside pick up, but the workers refused to bring out the food and literally called my phone to tell me to come in and get it... there were 3 of them so they can't use the excuse of leaving the store unattended nor that someone was left alone for any period of time. Don't even bother coming to this location!

Usually the service and food are great.Today, was a let down. My receipt shows #17 Ult Porker. Bacon not in sandwich, and add Dijon, add cucumbers, extra hot peppers, and add onion. Also cut in half. None of the above was done, except for a couple small pieces of onion. Maybe my order got mixed up with someone else's? This has never happened b4. Disappointed.

This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve ordered from this location. I usually order from Jimmy johns cause I know it’ll get there real fast but the last time I ordered it took upwards of 1.5 hours and it still wasn’t there. Mind you I live about a mile down the road. The other time it took 45 minutes to get delivered. If you’re trying to get a sandwich delivered, don’t order from this store because it will literally never come.
