Joe Muggs Coffee

New staff has not be properly trained. The last three times we've been there, orders were made incorrectly. One time we had to wait to make our order because the staff had to leave the register to chat with their friends. Used to love going here... Such a shame

Mocha was good, but the cold brew was terrible. Bitter and rough. Strength replaced flavor. Since cold brew is so easy to make I suspect it is poor quality coffee. I had a great cold brew in Columbia 2 days ago so I have a comparison.

When I walked up to the counter, it took about 30 seconds before someone asked to help me; the young man and older woman were right in front of me talking so that made it even more unacceptable . Especially since there was no one else at the counter but me and only four people in the seating area. I ordered 2 cups of coffee to which the reply was we will have to make some, do you want to wait. This is Joe Muggs Coffee, how could they not have coffee ready ? And why would they ask me if I wanted them to make it. I also ordered a bagel and was told they were out of cream cheese. It was only 2:00 in the afternoon. Not good service at all.

Counter staff flirted with boys the whole time. One of our orders was skipped. Upon bringing this up eyes rolled and attitueds came out. Took way too long to receive our order of 3 drinks.

I wanted something sweet but they give me something sweet but it was also nutty taste which I didn't like.

I’ve never posted a negative review but when I came here the baristas took 10-15 minutes to get my drink out when there were only 3 in front of mine because they were busy talking. My drink came out incorrectly made, I asked for an iced syrup latte I got a hot latte with no syrup. They did put in the syrup when I asked. When my friend finally got their drink the employees were rudely talking about the customer that didn’t know what a latte was. I’ve been a barista for over three years I know what a plain latte tastes like. Bad talking customers in front of them is unacceptable.
