I didn't believe I paid over $10 for 3 piece combo, ( 3 crispy chicken Legs) Nothing else was not fried crispy, only original.. I was not substituted with an extra Leg... I guess they will take that home...and it was still early not even 4pm. . Oh the dining area was closed. I had to go thru the drive-thru. But I love me some KFC, oh ! Of course my biscuit was dark brown on the top Damm it man !!

I came on Tuesday, April 29th. I pulled into drive approximately 9:36 pm. Before I can give my order was told it's a 30 minute wait for orders. They close at 10:00 pm. This problem with Kentucky Fried Chicken!! You never hear that at McDonald's. I like Kentucky Fried Chicken but the service is horrible

First time at this location. Since the moment I pulled up to the drive thru window the employees were super friendly and polite. I didn’t think great customer service at fast food restaurants still existed after Covid. I want to commend the staff because I love going places where there is still courtesy. Thank you & keep being great ❤️❤️❤️

So I go to this KFC and decide I want to dine-in to find out, after waiting at the counter for five minutes, that they don’t do inside dining and I had to go through the drive threw or order on the app for pickup. My bad…the twenty some odd tables and open front door threw me off. So I download the app and place my order…yes I needed to chicken. I wait thirty minutes in the car watching car after car go through the drive threw receiving their order. Hindsight…right? So the app finally says my order is ready to pickup. I go inside and it takes me 10 minutes to get anyone’s attention even though I’m standing right there and they can obviously see me. Then once they acknowledge me and my order, I wait another 20 minutes to receive my “all ready” order all while standing there continuing to watch car after car receive their order in drive threw. The service sucks! However, the food was good and the order was correct. So there’s that. Will I go back? NO!!! For the service…not the food.
