First time at this location. Since the moment I pulled up to the drive thru window the employees were super friendly and polite. I didn’t think great customer service at fast food restaurants still existed after Covid. I want to commend the staff because I love going places where there is still courtesy. Thank you & keep being great ❤️❤️❤️
When we pull up there’s no Welcome to KFC May I take your order only it’s a twenty minute wait would you like to wait Also not informative about menu at all I wasn’t pleased with the FOOD either when I got Home the Skin was coming off Chicken My My My What a Bad Experience If I didn’t live so far would’ve TOOK IT BACK 😭😭😭😭

Nothing else was not fried crispy, only original.. I was not substituted with an extra Leg... I guess they will take that home...and it was still early not even 4pm. . Oh the dining area was closed.
I had to go thru the drive-thru.
But I love me some KFC, oh ! Of course my biscuit was dark brown on the top
