First walk into the restaurant, it is dead quiet on a Tuesday night and all servers seem off. We sit down and our server comes to get our orders, she asks us to repeat our orders multiple times and does not write anything down. When she comes back with our food, my dad got his first, and his food was not what he ordered, my food tasted like rancid plastic, and she forgot my moms food and our table order of queso. We decided to leave after this, paid our tab and left. Service and food quality has really gone down in the past few years, very disappointed with this experience.

Nice staff and servers, but the food was just not good, is the simplest way to put it. Not like it wasn’t cooked right, but more like the way it’s made and ingredients.First off our complementary chips and salsa had pretty stale chips, and okay salsa but not a big deal, it’s free.Then after we get our sodas and all are pretty flat, mine and my sons were almost like syrup water.Next ordered elote, which in the menu looked like a traditional type with powdered cheese and the typical stuff on there, but the picture below is what came out, wife didn’t mind it though but it was too odd for me.She also didn’t mind her pizza birria they give, which also came with a consome that was pretty spicy which was cool and surprising given most places “spicy” things never end up being that spicy. I got the cheese steak burritos which were slammed with onions and a small portion of meat, and overall just wasn’t great. Refried beans seemed like canned beans with no flavor, and rice is meh.The sopas were actually decently loaded too, bigger than expected which was nice, but the flavor of everything just wasn’t it for us, nice environment and staff though. Would probably have given three stars if not for the slightly steep price, given what we got wasn’t super authentic tasting

My wife and I dine here often. The food is consistently delicious, service is very fast, and the prices are reasonable. Our only complaint has been once when they had loud music playing in the kitchen, and different music playing in the dining room....quite annoying to hear 2 songs at once, but, hearing the kitchen staff sing along and having fun partially made up for it.

Been awhile since we have dined here. Took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to get our drink order. Food was subpar and seemed like it had been sitting awhile. Overpriced for the meal we received. Used to love this place, definitely has gone way downhill. Extremely disappointed!

We had dinner here a couple of weeks ago. Our food was good. The server and manager were friendly. The best part of our meal was dessert. We love fried ice cream and this was the best so far here in Charleston ( thanks to the Manager).

Doing better. It's good at a fair price and pickup is fast. I don't appreciate the sanitary door opener being useless, however. That side of the door is always locked.

Went with my husband and our 2 small kids and another couple with thier 1 year old. We had to keep asking the waiter for things repeadetly because he would never bring them. He finally brought the ketchup and salt when we were already done with our food. Forget about any refills!! Worst waiter EVER!!The amount of food was so little we had to eat from each others plate just to have enough food. Then at the end when we get our bill we are charged $40 gratuity!! Gratuity for what?? We weren't a huge party of people plus the service and food sucked so what are we paying $40 for?! My husband asked the server about it and he said the computer automatically does it for everyone and it includes his tip. His tip?? For doing what...being non existint?? He was the worst waiter I have ever had in my life! Also there was no sign coming in stating anything about gratuity so check your reciepts before leaving! Such a rip off! This place is a joke and we will definately never be back!
