I don’t usually like Mexican food, but went with others. This was best food. I would love Mexican if they all tasted this good. Very nice staff, not long wait either. When we come back in town, will go back.

The seafood is amazing. Everytime we go we like for Monica or Ale to attend us. They are very nice and answers any questions we have about the menu without rushing you. They make sure to keep drinks full or ask if we need anything. Food always comes out quick and fresh. This has become my families favorite place to eat.

La Rivera is hands down one of the best spots in Charleston! The food is always fresh and full of flavor—my absolute favorite is the Agua Chile Verde, it never disappoints. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. GM Xochilt and her team consistently go above and beyond to make sure every visit feels special. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
If you’re looking for a place with incredible food, amazing hospitality, and a welcoming vibe, La Rivera is it. Highly recommend!
