Little Caesars Pizza

I am quite disappointed with the service I received. After a 12.5-hour shift, I had not eaten all day and decided to stop for a meal. Despite waiting 29 minutes, and considering my residence in Summerville, the resulting order was unsatisfactory. I am now both tired and hungry. This is unacceptable, especially given that I paid for this with my hard-earned money.

Went here for lunch guy never came to the window say for 25 mind and called and was put on hold and then a customer needed to get out and told me he’s been waiting 30 mins as well and now I’m headed back to work late from lunch and no food yaaay

I was trapped in this drive through between 2 cars for over 15 minutes. When the car in front of me finally pulled away without getting any food I decided I wasn't going to stick around to try to order.

It's amazing how much better little Caesars has stepped up on their pizza game.

Came to this location around 5:30pm and the guy at the drive thru window was so nice ! He has amazing customer service. The wings were not the best but the cheesy bread was !

It took an hour to receive the pepperoni pizza I ordered. Management needs to find a faster way to serve customers. For this to be a part of national retian chain, the customer service doesn't reflect the company values.

I regularly place mobile orders here for pick up. Always ready and on point! I bypass closer locations to go here since they do such a great job.

When in the pick up, order app was s and a girl about an order and she was very rude on top of she was sweeping. And swept my feet.
Just all around poor customer service altogether.

I was there an hour before they closed and they didn't want to take my order.

Couldn't get on their app

Every time I go there the pizza is hot and the service is exceptional!!!! I’ve went to order quickly for my hungry kiddies and got my order fast. I always use the app so that way I can track my order and it’s alway on time!! Great service thank you to all the employees.
