Terrible service, they delivered a frozen pizza to me, I waited more than 1 hour
Arrived at lunch time today and the store appeared deserted. Attempted to go through drive thru and saw no sign of anyone in store, and no notice of store closure. As I was driving away, it appeared as if everyone may have been in the very back of the store.

Obviously there during a rush. They got the CrazyPuffs out in an appropriate amount of time, but they were all jacked up! One had almost all the cheese and the other three were smushed and almost unrecognizable. Ha, never had them so bad.
Dietary restrictions: It’s Little Caesars, you know not to go here if you’re watching your weight, calories, cholesterol, and want something healthy.

They take too long to serve and are super racist, I don't know why but the pizzas are always salty in this place. Terrible service 😣

I recently had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars while picking up a DoorDash order. Upon inspecting the order, I noticed a pizza was missing. I informed the lady working the drive-thru, but her response was indifferent as she simply shrugged and said she didn't know where it was, without making any effort to resolve the issue. This lack of consideration and professionalism was concerning, especially given the importance of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the missing pizza to be remade, which was quite frustrating. During this time, I observed other customers also experiencing long wait times and dissatisfaction. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, with the person making pizzas repeatedly calling out that items were coming out of the oven, but there was no efficient system in place to manage both the drive-thru and front counter.
Overall, the experience highlighted a need for better organization and customer service at this location.

Went thru drive order pepperoni after waiting 15 min lady come back say not ready need circle around ask for refund took another 10min before guest was manager came to window ask how long said I could wait up front parking lot will bring to car i waited for time I thought this wasn’t ready fast I could of order at home last time will come to tootle cears
