The food is good but that lady at the window older lady at the window give me a headache you tell her what you want and she puts in something else so when she repeats your order sometimes it’s like huh I didn’t say that but eventually, she gets the right smh and it takes them forever to make the food it’s fresh but not ready always a wait time with them.

I always place more order online and pick it up through the drive thru! So convenient and it's always perfectly hot when I get home! I'm always getting everything I order even down to the sauces. I'm never disappointed. Everyone I encounter at the window is always polite and quick. The inside is clean and organized but outside sometimes has trash in the parking lot.

Walked in there and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not one single employee came to the counter to greet me or ask me if they could help me or to let me know it would be a little bit. The employees just ignored me. So after wasting 10 minutes standing there I left and I will not be coming back and the customer service is horrible.

Wish I could say I received my food, instead they scammed us out of $30. Got there before 8pm tonight. Guy tells me to wait in the truck and wait for the beeper to vibrate…. I’m waiting and waiting for about 45 minutes and then they decide to close with no warning. So I still have the beeper along with the receipt. Now my wife is threatening to make me sleep on the couch because she doesn’t believe me now I also have 3 angry hungry children. Thanks a lot little Caesars, I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Took 20 minutes after my order was ready to pick it up and the staff were busy laughing too come to the window even though they saw customers. Pizza was barely cut and not even close to symmetrical.

Pizza made wrong...called store wanted me to drive up there to swap out, I paid for delivery...they would not send out..asked for refund...the store manager hung up on me....

Luv it here everything is perfect. Luv the crew they give you what you want and what you need. Can't complain. I just was here Friday. The food is good.

Terrible service, they delivered a frozen pizza to me, I waited more than 1 hour

Arrived at lunch time today and the store appeared deserted. Attempted to go through drive thru and saw no sign of anyone in store, and no notice of store closure. As I was driving away, it appeared as if everyone may have been in the very back of the store.

Obviously there during a rush. They got the CrazyPuffs out in an appropriate amount of time, but they were all jacked up! One had almost all the cheese and the other three were smushed and almost unrecognizable. Ha, never had them so bad.

Dietary restrictions: It’s Little Caesars, you know not to go here if you’re watching your weight, calories, cholesterol, and want something healthy.
