In checking out this restaurant that I’ve been recommended to do by quite a few people, it was ok. I wasn’t a huge fan of the drink, the dish that I ordered was ok and even the service was ok. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing. The dish I ordered was more spicy than flavorful, the drink I had was aesthetically pleasing while not really tasting like anything and the bartender was nice but seemed to be super busy while the bar itself was not full at all.

The food was okay. We had the gumbo, Lola oysters, and etouffee. Everything tasted a bit bland and lack the depth of flavor that I typically expect from creole styled food. It was raining when we went there, which wasn't bad. However, there was a faint scent of wet park bathroom. Not sure if that smell was on them though.

If I could give these guys a hundred stars, I would!! Between the party of three, the appatizers we shared were gator bites, shrimp & crab cake risotto and mussels. All 3 were absolutely superb, but he flavours of the risotto are the so unique, bold and rich. Truly a dish I'll remember and search for the rest of my life.
