PAID FOR MY FOOD & THE ORDER SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 1:52PM. I GOT THERE AT 205PM TO P/U MY ORDER AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE BACK, SAW ME AND IGNORED ME LIKE IM STUPID.
I CALLED THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. CALLED OUT THROUGH THE DOOR THAT I HAD AN ORDER. THEY JUST CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME AND A DELIVERY DRIVER THAT WAS TRYING TO P/U AN ORDER AS WELL.
THEY CAUSED ME TO BE LATE FOR WORK & TOOK MY $12
These people don't care about their customers!
I WANT MY REFUND ASAP!!! NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

They took my money . I ordered online for my lunch break. I got there and the door was locked . The employees looked at me crazy and didn’t even bother to open the door . I called and they didnt answer the phone either. I wont be coming back here. $15 down the drain

Very disappointed in this location. They should be shut down due to how poorly their staff and manager is. I placed an online order which I should not have been able to do since they were closed at the time I placed my order. They close at 3 everyday which is also a reason for why they should be shut down. I went in the next day to see if I could get my order made since I paid for it and have a confirmation order number and the manager yelled at me saying there was nothing she could do and I had to call customer service when I called customer service they said the location was the one that was able to give me a refund. This location does not answer their phones and should not be in business. After this experience I really don’t ever want to go to McAlisters again. I’m very disappointed.

Very disappointed going here. We waited 20 minutes in line to order our food and didn’t even make it to the register (we decided at that point to leave). There was only 1 person ahead of us. It appeared understaffed but the cashier stayed in the back about 15 minutes of the 20 minutes we waited. I could see their order board and it was mostly red with several outstanding. I would not recommend this location.

McAllister’s is my go-to, BUT not this one. Ordering line was full and cashier went in back and didn’t come back out. My party of 7 and the rest of the line left. I contacted customer service, but no word yet.

Really disappointing that only one employee is working around lunch time on a Friday. I have never seen a McAlisters with less than 4 employees working at a time. Just poorly managed and needs change.

I can’t believe it is Friday and you have 1 employee who is cooking AND taking the orders. Reading other reviews this is not new for yall. There are over 10 people waiting in the lobby. This is embarrassing.

Arrived at 2:15, and was informed that there was only one employee working. I waited patiently to order food as I seen the woman was taking out the trash and putting stuff in the freezer in the back. When it got to 2:45 the lady starts to turn the lights off and I thought this was odd as there was a few other customers in the store. The lady then storms out to the front and demands us to leave the shop, us being confused we never understood why so we said that was fine as we thought she needed a minute to herself she then gives us no explanation and locks the door on us and another set of customers.we were Very annoyed, she never took our order and she was probably knew she wasn’t going to and just wanted to waste 45 minutes of our time as she was already closing shop and packing stuff away in the back so we couldn’t see.
I’m surprised this location isn’t closed yet. Staff is rude, unprofessional, bathrooms are dirty and reek of urine, food takes forever to come out and is usually wrong. This location needs to shut down immediately and reopen with new management / ownership

1st time here but never again. Ordered nachos & salad. Served my salad without dressing that was asked for. Asked 4 times from 2 beg me the counter. Shakara made a scene over me the requested the dressing. This was after waiting 10 minutes from the 1st time I asked it. Then Shakara proceeded to take orders from 3 other customers telling each how nice they were to be patient & gave all a discount. I got fed up & asked for a refund that she did in an ugly manner.

I doordashed an Black Angus roast beef potato but they sent a Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Spud couldnt ear it..tried to call them several times No answer. Terrible service..seriously horrible not to answer their phone
