I was nervous about stopping here after reading the reviews, but with few other options, stopped for breakfast anyway. I was surprised by the cleanliness, food, and staff. I placed a mobile order, and everything was excellent. I went inside and it looked clean. Just pleasantly surprised.

Trying to be fair... I was there on a door dash this morning and waited about 20 minutes... just seemed a little inefficient. Others had been there a long time too. But again, I was just door dashing and that's how I make my money, so, just a little inefficient in the morning (about 930 am 12/9) but I did enjoy the decorations!!

I've never had a good experience here. The only reason I go here is because of the location when I have appointments close by. The staff members are so rude and act like your forcing them to do so much just by trying to pay for your food. And there are Always plenty of questionable people hanging around. There is a sign in there saying no loitering for more then 30 mins but I had met a business associate in there yesterday and we had some homeless man bothering us the entire time. No matter what we were talking about he found a way to cut in. I know our meeting lasted close to an hour but we had ordered food. This guy had been there since before us and was still there when we left and he wasn't there to eat.

well my order was not ready tight b i got a sausage gravy n biscuit last leni do every time i go there n the lady didn’t give me my 2 extra hash browns! as i ordered it n over charged me bc i get the same thing everytime i go there n it’s always like 13$ n some change she didn’t speak english well n by the time i realized it n my driver couldn’t turn around mcdonald’s has the best food, specially the biscuits n gravy but they are so out of it alot bc the mcdonald’s on rivers ave infront of the liguer store n dss/ methadone clinic was only taking cash ( who has cash these days! i would love to have s refund on my meal since i go there every week

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and at least they are consistent. My order so far has been correct, and the food is prepared as it should be. It’s not in the best area of town, so the clientele is sketchy, but that’s not due to the restaurant.

Soda was nasty they don’t change it out so I had to get a sweet ice nothing but sugar in a cup food was nasty as well the workers are slow plus this place is in a low down area if you got family don’t come here.

I get it when places are short staffed and the workers are only paid minimum wage, but to walk in and see more people than I can count in the kitchen while multiple people are waiting at the register to even be acknowledged is absolutely wild. This is especially concerning when I’ve never seen a McDonald's so desolate in my life. I ordered online for pickup only to get home and nearly everything is wrong or missing. I drive back and go inside just to stand there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. Finally the manager I believe walks over, and it was almost comical watching him take a huge dramatic breath and plaster on the most theatrical smile just to ask what I need in such a passive aggressive tone. This comes after watching him and others blatantly ignore other customers in the lobby and serve one poor lady her meal ice cold after she had to ask several times for an update. Like I said, I get it when some days just don’t go quite right, but it takes extra effort to flat out ignore paying customers right in front of your face and screw up some chicken nuggets. It’s McDonalds, not rocket science.
