Not from here. We came to visit and decided to stop by and get some food. We wanted chick fil a but we couldn’t find one. So we decided to stop at McDonald’s. This is one of the most dirtiest places I’ve ever seen! As you walk inside the restaurant you could see the door windows dirty and as you walk inside the floors look nasty & windows look even more dirty. The cashier looked like he was high on something and didn’t know what a spicy chicken sandwich was. There were also a lot of homeless people inside and outside the restaurant. We eventually left and decided to look for a different place to eat instead.

I live at Icon at the Park they are very good, the one time they mest up my order they corrected it and they gave me free food. One of the best ones, just got to be patient.

The worst McD's I've ever been to. If I could give them a -0 I would. The fish sandwich looks as though it's been in the freezer for years and they slapped it between too buns - no sauce, no cheese. They didn't ask me if I wanted any, either. Fries were dry, and the mango drink had strange after taste. No wonder it took forever to get through the driveup. Don't go there. Period!

Sat in here for 35 minutes waiting for our food today. I never expect much with fast food in the Charleston area but this wait was so crazy and the employees showed no urgency or care. They also forgot some of our items and we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. My one positive is bathrooms were clean. Definitely will not come back to this location.

This is great for quick and easy for food. HOWEVER, I’ve gone twice in two weeks and there’s unfortunately been something wrong with frappes both times. I will cut them slack though because it is pretty small.

This McDonald's isn't in the greatest neighborhood. The location is frequently handling high volumes of customers inside and in drive-thru. There's also a fairly large population of homeless near the location. Given these factors, one might expect phone-it-in management and surly staff, but I've always been welcomed coming in the door, the managers and staff are friendly with regulars and professional(ish) with all customers, and I've never been made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone by placing my order. My order has always been right. The daytime managers and staff seem to mesh and not to hate their jobs. It's still a McDonald's. They're not threatening Chick-fil-A for their spot as friendliest fast food workers, but it exceeded my expectations.
Fraudulent charges for $500 have been placed on my debit card by a drive thru worker. Absolutely disgusting.

Going at 11:30, you’d think everything would be fresh!.. THINK AGAIN. Fries were cold, nuggets were old, and my burger was definitely not getting gold. They also forgot my sauce for the nugs.. What happened to those Golden Arches that I once knew?.. Where’s Ronald?
