Went to this McDonalds today to order and before I went to order I asked to used the rest room and the manager on duty looked at me and stated that the restroom doors were lock. I do know that this facility is in a bad drug neighborhood, however when a paying customer comes in to used the restroom and to wash hands before getting food you should accommodate this for infection control. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for this McDonalds. We should do better in the customer service process. I do understand your jobs are hard, however customer service should be number one!

Ordered mac double and small fries and added lettuce and tomatoes .for a family member at hospital . At the drive thru .Burger was wrong . No mayo ,no pickles as is standard no tomato had about 3 sm shreds of lettuce and some omions .wasnt even warm .fries cold .

I have never in my life seen such a dirty restaurant. There was A dirty mop bucket at the entrance, hair and spit in the sinks in the bathrooms, trash cans were over flowing and all the employees were goofing off or sitting down. Didn't Order.. Turned around and left.... Disgusting!! ??

This is my least favorite location. They drive thru lines are lengthy, don't expect a quick in and out. After waiting 5 minutes or more for a decaffeinated coffee, I finally got a cold one. I had my cream and sugar already in a cup I brought from home to put my coffee in. The cream just curdled up. I do not recommend this location. The staff is friendly.

Awful experience. Long line and slow service. A few people left because of how long we were waiting in line in the drive-thru. You have to call out to the speaker to get the employees to acknowledge your presence.
