The staff are rude and unhelpful. They have long acrylic nails which is unsanitary when working with food. Now looking at my burger patty, I can only imagine long dirty finger nails digging into it. I can see why no one was here.

The only reason I gave it any star was so I could write this review. Got there at 645 am today didn’t leave the drive thru until 705. Couldn’t understand the man taking the order. I sat at the speaker so long he asked to take my order. Got to the first window and was asked to go to last window. The young lady at window said $8.52 which I thought was a little high. But I gave her my card and waited in the receipt. Then she tried to hand me a coffee that I did not order. I told her what I ordered and she got all confused like she couldn’t find my order on the screen. The man that took the order came over and was just as confused. Then he went to the back and grabbed what I thought was my breakfast. The girl handed me the bag and said thanks. I told her I wanted both receipt’s because I paid for 2 breakfast because the man charged my card after he handed the bag to her. I told her I wanted my change because it was over $2 that I was owed. The man then asked very rudely for my card. Then he gave me the difference back on my card. Watching my bank statement to make sure one of the charges was taken off. Will NOT go back here EVER and btw wasn’t even the biscuit I ordered but I was already late for work at that point.

I was there last night . Let’s start at the order taking the lil gay boy or manger idk was very rude and sassy I feel like a person like that should not be on the speaker taking order . He had no dessert cause he was “closing “ to say yall was closing the food WASNT fresh at that time of night everything should be drop to order . Same for the other night the old lady and another lady was there . They was very rude and unfriendly no one wanted to take my order or see what I needed up from . They turn they mobile app orders off I was standing outside the door when I made an order but only rivers ave was coming up . This store need som rehiring to do cause that night staff gone end up getting tear up with they attitudes 👌..

I ordered 3 things and it took them 15/20 min to get my order to me. A couple people behind me got there order before me. Fries were not hot a fresh and neither were the chicken strips.
Make sure you check your order. Nobody was up front to take order so I have to order on app. They had ordering screens and two were broken. No ice available at the soda station.
