I bought a simple hasbrown on my way back to work, and I declare, energy time I go there, the workers act like that they have a personal attitude towards me. I had a simple order, and I still had to wait in line at the window longer than necessary. It wasn't until I asked for my food to only be sitting there ready for the lady to just hand it to me, but instead, she is bagging the next person food in the car behind me. Yup, this happened twice, once in-store and now drive-thru. Nah, I won't be back there any time soon. 👎

Parking: The entrance is very tricky to get in because it's off a major highway, and you have to wait to turn in from a 4 lane highway.

Apparently multi tasking doesn't exist at this restaurant! They gave me an attitude for walking in the door at nine thirty in the evening. They asked if I had a car... I say yeah, but what's the difference. I gave him my ticket from the kios.He said I promise you I will not take that ticket. Do with that information as you will!!

This location is extremely slow and the staff are very rude. I am extremely understanding of workers being busy but I waited almost 30 mins for my food which was not a large order. I do NOT recommend coming to this location if you are on a time crunch. Terrible customer service.

There 20min befor close other cars at window but never took my order
Staff was busy talking about last night’s ‘social gathering’ they all went to and standing around talking amongst themselves. I had to ask several times to order. Our drinks all came with no ice and I had to ask for ice. We left we no straws or napkins too. Just awful.
