After waiting at a McD down the street from this one and driving away... I came here... Placed order at speaker ... Out of milkshakes... Ok ordered with app and received food from a friendly ladyand drove away. Fries unfortunately barely warm and Big Mac was assembled wrong with the middle bun as the bottom and really like warm at best. Just not sure what happened to quality product for a quality price....

Went through the drive thru last night around 6-7pm. I’m guessing they were understaffed like most places which is completely understandable. But this was just ridiculous.
Ordered and paid for food in about 5 minutes. They asked us to pull into drive thru spot number 8. Because all 7 other spots were filled with people who had been there the whole time we were ordering food.
We waited 19 minutes for our food.
We ordered a cheeseburger meal, a McDouble, fries, and some nuggets. They brought us one cheeseburger, fries, and no nuggets. We barely had enough food to eat.
We were stupid enough to have drove off without checking the bag because we were pissed off we had to wait 19 minutes for an order.
We can home and opened the bag and the fries were green in some places. I’m guessing the potatoes the factory used to make the fries were rotten? But how could these people not see that? I tried one that wasn’t green and it tasted foul. Absolutely foul.
Just know if you want McDonald’s you might as well drive down further into North Charleston or up into goose creek because this place is awful.

Me and my mom were hungry and the workers were not even paying attention to us and or food was right there and she wouldn’t give it to us and made a excuse that the computer was not working idk how hired these people but they are not doing a good job to be honest

I come here occasionally in the mornings and every time I've been the ladies working the drive through are always super sweet and in a good mood! Food is always hot and what I ordered. I think it all depends on the time of day you come, but the people working in the mornings have always been great!
