horrible customer service. i got to this store at 7:26 and ordered 2 small frappes and 2 cookies. literally left at 8:02 with watery frappes and cold cookies. the staff are so unprofessional and avoided customers. whoever runs this store is doing a horrible job.

Place of business could not come up with 52 cents for change and the person that pay window could not produce no receipt. What's the point in being open

My kids and I are on vacation and wanted to eat inside. We've been traveling for hours. Why is this side of town without the essentials? The inside was locked at 6:30 in the morning even though the dining hours are open at 5. And then we got 3 biscuits that were hard and cold. Even the sausage was cold. What is wrong with the businesses in this area and this McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves. The workers wouldn't open the lobby and they're serving cold food which can cause food poisoning. I HUGHLY don't recommend.
And judging by the comments this place needs to be shut down.
Stood and waited while being actively ignored for a bit. Eventually just walked behind the counter to gather my own meal. And they managed to miss an item. So, its just a standard underpaid McDonalds.

Waited 20 min in drive thru for them to refuse to make me a 1/2 reg Coke and 1/2 Diet Coke. I know itâs automated but the other places do it for me. Girl offered to check with manager and it was refused. Just got a reg Coke w/o straw. This place is always dirty and there are too many homeless people hanging around. Makes me never want to use McD again!

After I ordered a McCrispy Strip, I had to wait for this man that came to the drive-thru window to order his food.
What was crazy (while the man was waiting on his food) the man ask me if I was a Uber driver, I didn't answer him because I was not doing Uber.
I should have been served first since I had a car and ordered the food in the drive-thru, not walking up to the drive-thru window.
The McDonald's staff made sure the man was served first before me.
But McDonald allow franchises to do whatever they want in managing their restaurant.
