I’m in the drive thru and the store was wrapped around the building with cars and I see a young lady walk to the window I’m guessing they gave her the wrong order but I see her hand the bag back in the window and I see the the person working the window throw the bag at the lady and yes it hit her this place is very unprofessional and it need to be stopped or shut down

Drive-thru, the order through the app came out quick and efficiently... until it gave an error. Not sure if it was the app issue or not but had a lot of issues using a coupon so eventually gave up. It said another order was in progress when I hadn't ordered anything yet. App worked fine in NJ on the way back... so not sure what it was down here.

I asked for the double Filet McFish meal. All I got was the fries and drink and all they can say is call uber for a refund. Why when they didn't put it in?
Every time I stop the food is fresh and hot, the people at the windows are super sweet. I know this location is probably difficult but every time it is consistent and I always think I should write a review my order number was 1392

Manager was loudly bad mouthing an employee who went on break. This was at about 12:10pm on October 26, 2025
My order was also given to another person with my name before I got there, so they're wasting food and my time.
I saw a manager give a stack of monopoly peel offs to a customer, a whole plastic container, there were a lot of them in there. He said it's for having to wait so long. I think that's probably some kinda violation of the game for sure?
Anyways, the food was McDonald's, so it is a comfortable 3.
