Broken drink station, locked bathrooms, trash on the floor, sticky tables, a CIGARETTE BUTT in the urinal!! VERY disappointing!! Absolutely disgusting!! And the cooks weren’t even wearing gloves!! I ended up throwing my food away because the store was so unsanitary!!

Ordered via App. They can't even get the order correctly. Ordered apple pies and gave me blueberry and cherry. Which by the way, I had to go in- despite the face that it was supposed to be a drive-thru pick up as it took so long for my order. Not going back again.
I placed an order from the App. When I arrived, there was a long line of cars placing orders and paying at the windows. I parked my car on the side and walked to the window to pick my order up, since it was ready. The lady said I should not, and for safety reason and I would have to drive a circle and follow the line again. I was not mad, it makes sense (safety first). Since I had errands to run, I decided to come back later. But, when I came back to pick the order, a lady walked right in from of my car to pick her order at the window. They did NOT ask her to drive a circle. This is the problem. If it’s not for a mid-30 guy to walk to the windows in front cars “crawling” at 2miles/hr , how can it be for a mid-40 lady? Either you apply the rules to all customers or you don’t.

Girl working first window took our order was completely rude. Felt really rushed at the drive through and was cut off twice while trying to order then ask a question at the window. Just wanted to verify my order was correct since the screen showed something different. Second window lady was polite.
