This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life! The employees simply ignore the customers and the drivers. They wait for the drivers to arrive to start preparing the orders. They have to beg to be served! It's ridiculous!!! It's always like this!! The people in charge of this store need urgent training! As do all the employees!!

The overnight manager needs to be fired she made us wait for 35 minutes before she took our order no out in the line then when she finally took our order she wanted to yell at us on the intercom I will be reporting to McDonald's corporate because this isn't even the first time I had to deal with this lucky if I didn't coming swinging through that window

12-30-2024 order 1998. Wrong curbside order. Twice. First curbside pickup missing two mcdoubles. Called at home once we noticed. Went back and went inside to pick up missing burgers. Both managers seemed dazed and confused along with others customers waiting on food. Once i got their attention and showed them my receipt I was given a bag with my previous curbside number and a cup. I didn't order a drink I said. One of the managers tried to insist it was my order without hearing my explanation on the missing burgers. After several attempts to communicate with the non English speaking manager I finally just took the bag and denied the drink and left while the manager tried to communicate something. Once I got back home I found that this wasn't even my order! Guess I should have taken my reading glasses and my google translate app. After reading previous reviews I see this is a common problem. In closing i have had a couple bad experiences with service and customer service in Orlando and Rock Hill SC . What i have found is there is nothing anyone can do about it. They are privately owned and McD corporate doesn't want to hear about it! So keep doing the google reviews. Happy New Year everyone!

My experience this morning was phenomenal.. I ordered breakfast online and they didn't get my order 5 minutes after lunch had started.. the young man was nice enough to make us breakfast anyway.. I have to admit it was the best steak egg and cheese McMuffin I've ever had.. thank you...

Incapable of giving customers a complete order. Ever! If you enjoy paying for food but not receiving it, this is where you should go. There has not been one time that we have actually gotten everything we paid for. Even though it is clearly printed on the receipt tapped to the bag. I recommend checking your bag before leaving because clearly the employees don't care enough to do it for you.

I must say they have improved the quality of service to get food out fast. And they represent McDonald's food brand.

But they need to keep the restroom clean, just like they keep the lobby clean .
