First time to come to this establishment, and they did not disappoint. We tried the pizza rolls, and they were delicious. The pizza was served hot. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Cassidy the general manager is despcutable individual after I was venally assaulted by some low life she kicked me out of the easblishmenr. I have already contacted corporate about her behavior and she should be fired and I have disputed all charges with my credit card company stop putting children in charge of a franchise. I’m already in touch with Richard’s office to fire her immediately!!!

Overpriced pizza, and you seriously charge 1.50 for some hidden valley ranch? That is like $20 a pound for Walmart ranch. You can buy filet mignon, a lobster tail… for that type of coin.

Been here at least 5 times and every time gets worse. The slowest service of all time. I’m literally not exaggerating when I say that it takes an hour to get a pizza. This last time it took an hour to get one pizza, never got the burger we ordered and we didn’t even get water. This place is a joke and I’ll never return.

Made reservations for kids sports team. 20 people with kids and parents. Placed order ahead of time. Very well organized bringing food out and checks.

I've been here a few times before and it's been a good experience each time but DEFINITELY want to give a big appreciative shoutout to Kristina. Our association came in for our 1st networking lunch event of the year and Kristina was 🌟amazing🌟 with us. We were 26 people and she served all of our food and drinks by herself, handled some miscommunication our part with some orders, gave each person her specific time and gave suggestions or answers without rushing us or looking panicked. She remembered what we drank, asked how the food tasted and if we needed anything. Food tasted amazing and was hot. Some of our ladies had never been there before pretty sure ya'll got some new customers (saw some good eye popping when they tried their food haha). Kudos to the whole staff (cooks, SA's) but a super duper kudos to Kristina! Thank you for a great lunch yesterday!!!

Called an order on 1/5/2026 to take advantage of their 2 topping medium special. I was asking if pepperoncini where the little bold pepperonis forgetting they were more of an actual pepper and believe the employee said yea and I was like okay add that and Italian sausage. Picked up item and saw the green pepper and was like oh crap that's write they are a pepper not a dang pepperoni seems I had a brain freeze or hunger got the best of me. Spoke with the Manager and I was like apologizing for the mixup and confusion and he instantly said no worries give him 10 minutes and would correct the mistake. 10 minutes latter got the pizza and even offer a military discount for payment. Exceptional customer service. I will definitely be ordering again for their outstanding customer service.

The wife was craving pizza so stopped at the Mellow Mushroom as who wants Pizza Hut, Domino's or little Caesars anymore? She had also had pizza from Mellow at the office recently for the first time and really like it.
We created our own and it was a good pizza with a great crust. Highly recommend it.

I've never been in a contemporary / modern Mellow Mushroom before, so it was a bit loud and laid out oddly... but man, same amazing flavors and beer selection. Had a sweet heat pepperoni pizza and a delicious local Suds n Buds drink!
