Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

I had a fantastic experience at Mellow Mushroom in North Charleston. The place was packed, which was a clear sign I had chosen the right spot! While there was a 40-minute wait for a table, I lucked out with a seat at the bar and was able to order quickly.

I tried the House Special Pizza and a Caesar salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The pizza was loaded with fresh toppings, perfectly baked, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The salad was crisp...
