I always have a very nice experience.

Restaurant had lots of room to improve on cleanliness. Almost everything was old and chewy and had very clearly sat out for hours. Paid $4 each for large drinks and literally had about 3 options. Options that were on the screen were still out, and sprayed all over you if you tried. The machine had syrup caked on the inside from hours ago. The floor stuck to your shoes when you walked. We had 1 clean table out of 20 to pick from. Had to ask about 3 times for a side of sauce. Was given piles of day old chips that were stale and covered in oil. Paid $50 for 2 people to be irritated and get disgusting food, and feel dirty upon leaving.

So after we already ate 2/3rds of our food one of us sees an employee open a bag of lettuce with her teeth. Sent a complaint to the company site. We will see what happens. Happened this past Saturday.

Food was rancid and old. Now I have a stomachache I think I got food poisoned. Damn not coming here ever again
EDIT: my brother also got intoxicated from this disgusting place. PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE, nothing is fresh and you will be sick.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this Moe’s location at all cost. The food is inedible and the employees literally had their toddlers running around the restaurant with no supervision. It was a bizarre experience to say the least.

I just left the Moe’s near Tanger Outlet (Charleston). When we pull up, an employee was sitting at the table outside near resting. We he saw us, he went in. He asked the lady, behind the kind the counter, “do you want to switch?” She served, she slopped the food on the bowl. The food did not look fresh at all, the area was not clean. I told her there was a fly on the cheese. She told her colleague to get some new cheese, he asked why, she said a fly. I asked for chips and he wiped the chips that were left on the counter with his hand. I wasted my money because I didn’t want the people behind me to see a scene. The nastiest, dirtiest Moe’s I have ever visited.

Never leave reviews but this was worst Moes I’ve ever been to by far. Food all looked like sitting out all day and server just scooped some liquid off the top instead of at least mixing it up. Dude that checked me out started telling me how sick he was before handing me my cup and receipt. I actually threw it out at a different restaurant and didn’t eat it

I came tonight to take advantage of the Monday Moe's deal. My food was so good! Everything was so fresh. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was so clean and as someone left one of the staff members wiped down the table they were sitting at right away. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!

Wanted to eat here for dinner and came from out of town. I started to order, but quickly changed my mind. I am thankful that the girls working were nice when I cancelled the order. Everything was dry and just looked nasty. The grill was so dirty. My gut just told me I’d end up with food poisoning. The man eating there threw his in the trash. I don’t blame him. There were empty tables and all were dirty. I feel bad for the people that ordered ahead of me and didn’t have the courage to just say no. I love Moe’s and eat Moe’s regularly, but this ain’t it.

The food was terrible and tasteless. They didn’t have any sour cream, the rice was hard and dried out. That was THE WORST MEAL I EVER EATEN AT MOES. It wasn’t worth $2.00
