I ordered A queso and a burrito for delivery never got it. All I got was chips and sauce and they charged me $20 for my food and they won’t give me a refund. I will never Order from them again. I also called to talk to the manager. He said there’s nothing that they could do and I asked for corporate number he hung up on me

I can't even tell you if it was good or not. I went in to have lunch, and the entire staff was in the back. There were 3 of us on the line, I waited several minutes, and no one came out, so I left.

Whoever answered the phone and added 4 kaiser salsas to my uber eats order for philip on sep 28th. You are a true angel. 👍

Catering Review: I have coordinated many, many lunches and events over the past five years. I have never been disappointed by Moe’s. Today was above and beyond. The person delivering was early (which was great) and completely prepared. I have never had such a seamless catering setup. We have had several different restaurants deliver to us, and they usually seem to have some issue: late, order missing items, unprepared to set up. But I have never had that problem with this Moe’s location. Kudos to you!

Visited this Moe's versus my usual as it matched up with some things I needed to get done. That was a bad decision. I did get the Moe's greeting when I entered the store and the person making my burrito was okay.
No music playing at all. Deathly quiet. My burrito was made well, over stuffed a bit but who really cares about that.
The cashier was ready to get me done with and started helping someone else before I could even question why my Moe's Monday $7.99 was actually almost $14.
The burrito was pretty good but did fall apart on me as I was eating it. I've got no problems using a knife and fork and basically making it into a bowl but listening to all of the cursing amongst the employees was extra special.
I'll never go back to this Moe's. Probably not to another as they've now taken the drink away from the Moe's Monday deal. Pretty much a Moe's Monday rip off nowadays

This store looks very poorly ran. Almost no cars in the parking lot when we pull in and all of the food looked like it was cooked many hours ago and was low. I was with a friend who decided to get food and they planned to give me their chips and queso because i refused to eat the food after seeing how absolutely disgusting it looked. The queso was never put in the bag and after that I gave up. Will never visit another Moes and do not recommend. What a terrible first experience.

Good food can’t deny that but poor costumer skills.An as a door dasher they make me wait no body welcome me or say anything so when i ask about my order they told me to wait.Fine i wait the she proceeded to ask the name of my order and she is rushing me to tell her the name of my order moving her finger like im her kid.

Came to pick up lunch for coworkers the food bagger in the front is rude . Young is not an excuse to not have manners I’m around the same age . Won’t be coming back
