Amanda was our server and she was a sweetheart. The food was delicious and I love the seaweed salad. The kimchi in the ramen was a nice touch

I recently called in a to-go order from Mr. Pan Ramen House in North Charleston. The ramen was well-prepared, but it wasn’t as savory and flavorful as I was hoping. I ordered a dish that, according to the menu, includes beef rib—but the beef rib didn’t come with the order. When I asked about it, I was told the beef rib isn’t actually on their menu, which was confusing since it was clearly listed. I even mentioned that it appeared on the site where I placed my order. Clearer communication and consistency between the menu and what’s actually available would really help improve the experience.

We ordered through DoorDash and the food was 100% amazing! Hot and fresh the service we can't speak much of but they made sure to add all our extra things! And we would definitely recommend eating here! We had the ramen, the crispy chicken wings, rice, kimchi, and broccoli! And the food was literally to die for

Never once have I left a bad Google review but this place needs one and where to start with everything. I took my mom there to dine in and have dinner the service from the waitress was ok but the food and prices on the other hand are terrible. I ordered spicy chicken ramen and my mother had ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice while both our appetizers were salad, miso soup, tempura shrimp, and fries. Now my fries tasted decent while the ramen tasted disgusting I have never in my life tasted cold noodles in hot broth. The eggs were frozen and the sea weed as soon as I tasted it I had to spit it out because it tasted putrid. Also I'm disappointed because the chicken that is in the ramen tasted cold in hot broth which the chicken tasted bland like it was pre boiled then frozen and then left to thaw out before serving. The only thing I could eat somewhat was my fries because when eating my ramen I felt sick to my stomach. My mother's food was just as bad boiled chicken that wasn't hot with teriyaki sauce dumped on it and her miso tasting disgusting and her salad being frozen. And for all this I paid 60 dollars I've never been more dissatisfied with a restaurant in my life. Avoid this place at all costs because all your going to have here is disappointment.

I went with a group of friends a little while ago and we really enjoyed the food. I got the pork tonkatsu and it was really good. The pickled radish here is awesome. I really need to know the secret there. We also had their pork buns and the takoyaki. The only downside for us was the service. Our waitress really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. And at first we felt rushed and then later on it was hard to find her. But I would definitely come back again.

Parking: It's in a strip mall; there is plenty of parking.

Have been to Mr Pan several times; usualy having ramen.
On this visit, we satisfied our lunchtime appetite with an assortment of appetizers. Had a true dim sum lunch. Especially delicious were the fried shrimp shumai. I have always had them steamed in the past and this was an appreciated change. Also nice was the offering of a different sauce with each dish.
As a dim sum meal this was slightly expensive, but not outrageously so.
I would suggest that the restaurant offer a dim sum assortment. I think it would be popular.

OMG yes yes yes. You must go and get Ramen, or anything else. If you do not eat here at least once your life is not complete.

Fast and attentive service. Tasty Ramen. I normally love thai tea but that was one of the worst I’ve had. The server offered to make it again for me, but it still tasted the same and they still charged us for it. Maybe the powder went stale?

As I get up on my high horse and say that we have been looking for actually good ramen since we moved here after living in Japan for 4 years, we have found it. It is refreshing to find ramen that has a broth that actually has flavor (we got the miso). The pork bun was ok, wasn’t our favorite but the rice was good. But next time we will try the gyoza.
