? Just stumbled upon this gem in North Charleston – Nippitaty Distillery & Restaurant! ?️ From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The street and parking lot make it easily accessible. ? With a fantastic selection of homemade appetizers and entrees, every bite was a delight, The homemade pimento cheese was on point, not too chunky great flavor! Don't miss out on their exotic oysters sourced from various inlets along the eastern seaboard! ? And the fact that they distill their own gin and vodka on-site adds an extra layer of charm. Highly recommend this spot for a great meal and even better vibes! ?

My wife and I have been to Nippitaty a couple times now. They are really producing some creative and quality gins and other liquors here, and while you can find many of their products elsewhere around town, it is nice to stop by the distillery where they are crafting exceptional cocktails with their product, and the owner and his crew are always incredibly friendly and informative.Who knows? You might even be called upon to test a batch of something the owner is playing around with!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The hospitality here is unbeatable along with the prices and quality of the cocktails. I was in town visiting a friend and it just made the entire trip! We left with a bottle of good gin and a smile ?

Ethan made us fantastic cocktails! We took home a bottle of their original gin and Ethan was happy to share the cocktail recipes with us. Their very sweet and well behaved dog, Arlo, was there - made the experience even more special for us! Only thing that would have made it better is if they had an Arlo shirt or themed cocktail :)

Delicious gin and cocktails! On point customer service from very helpful and knowledgeable friendly people. Adequate seating for small parties and gatherings for special events. For anyone who would enjoy an open-air rustic-industrial local distillery with down-to-earth staff and award winning products. One of my favorite spots to visit when I’m in North Charleston.

I’ve driven past this place many times, but never stopped in. But that changed last week when I had friends visit me from out of town. We decided to give Nippitaty a try and were NOT disappointed. The bartender (Ethan) was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the drinks. We sampled them all and fully realized that gin, done correctly, is incredibly complex and tasty. We tried the cocktails and they were very refreshing and unique. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for downtown, and therefore bought a bottle of gin to enjoy until we return. It was even personally delivered to my door because we didn’t want to carry it around town. Thanks for a great time! We’ll definitely be back.

Bartender was friendly and helpful. They specialize in gins and gin drinks, and their gins are nuanced and complex. They have a vodka and a bourbon as well. They have some local beers and ciders, as well as a few food offerings, which I unfortunately didn't get to try while I was there.

Drinks were good but they were having a pride happy hour that they weren't prepared for and took over 20 minutes to get drinks. Then I sat down outside and their bench had something brown and sticky all over it that ruined my shorts. Y'all need to get it together before you try having events.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice finger food options, and any cocktail can be made into a mock tail! Super glad I found this place.

Do not pass this place up on account of not being a gin drinker. The cucumber mojito with gin is nothing short of amazing. Go here; you will not be disappointed.
