Waited forever and only received the appetizer after asking another waitress if she could check on it. It was disgusting. It definitely was sitting there for a while before it was finally brought to the table. We walked out after looking at it and didn’t waste anymore time there. Another family was there wanting to speak to a manager over the crappy service and had been waiting for quite a while for said manager to show up.
My sister in law had told me that Ocharleys was my brother's favorite restaurant on this area. Hubby and I were in the area on a business trip and decided to stop by and try it out. The menu had ALOT of different options. I ordered the sirloin topped with bacon jam. It was out of this world! Hubby has the fish and chips. The fries were good and the fish was good, but it was small pieces, kind of like fish sticks. However, that being said he said they tasted very good....read full review

The Kitchen Mgr and Lead Bartender provide excellent service, fixing any issues without attitude. With easy wheelchair accessibility, O'Charley's provides a nice experience, despite occasional minor issues with food preparation and service timing, but overall, it's good to go, even for takeout or family meals like the family meal.
