Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Absolutely worst service in south carolina the server never returned to the area let alone our table to refill anything then when we seen a manager and complained her solutjon was she could give us free drinks to go!! Never ending salad and bread sticks is really never again salad and bread sticks we had to ask for the first round of bread sticks! Not sure how they get 4 stars on google we will never return!!!

I hadn't eaten here in 10 plus years for one reason or another. So my wife and I were on a Saturday date and this is where I wanted to eat. We were seated promptly and then we were met by the most fantastic waitress. Her name was Lexi.. she was on point. Got everything right. Super nice. Just really made my wife's and I date just that much more special for me to describe just how awesome she was. If there was 10 Stars I'd give her 10 Stars for real. She was fantastic. We called the manager over to express our gratitude for her and that she should be commended in front of her peers because that is the type of person you want working for you and that is the type of waitress you want serving. You just cannot say enough and I hope if you go there to request if she's there because you will get 10 star service from her... The food was great. Of course you know they had the salad and the breadsticks and the soup and that's always good. I had a spicy dish of some sort and then added some sausage to it and it did not disappoint. It was really good. I'm not going to wait 10 years this time to come back but Lexi is going to have to be working..

They had just opened but were steady with online call-in and dine-in patrons. There was no wait time to be seated and the appetizer and main course all came out in a reasonable time. The food was fresh and everything was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and he was waiting our table and I belive it may have been like 4 or 5 more, but he gave everyone the same courtesy and attention. Wish I could recall his name, but for some reason Johnathan is sticking with me, however that could be wrong. Will come again.

Went for dinner and had the potato soup and salad. The soup was very good! Nice and hot and filling! Salad was very good also. . The food, the waitress and atmosphere was on point!

For the last three years we have used Olive Garden for our Holiday party lunch catering. The 1st year it was perfect. 2nd year they dropped the ball a little. This year took the cake and we will never use them again. Our delivery was scheduled for 11:00 they forgot a lot of the food and returned at 12:15 when our lunch was schedule for 11:30. We asked for a recipe and got the run around for 3 hrs. the manger Franklin was very rude and disrespectful when we paid over $1000.00 with them. If you are hosting and event and using them for catering I wouldn't recommend unless you ask for the delivery time to be two hrs. before your event starts. I give 1 star because the food was good and it was served hot.

After my partner’s funeral last Tuesday, nearly twenty of my friends from our pool community came with me to Olive Garden. It was a heavy, emotional day, and walking into a restaurant with a group that large could’ve been overwhelming — but the staff handled it with so much kindness and grace.

The service was incredible.
Attentive without hovering, patient with all of us, and genuinely caring in a way that didn’t feel forced. They treated us like humans going through something real, not just a big table on their list.

And my Chicken Alfredo?
Absolutely perfect.
Creamy, hot, comforting — the kind of meal that feels like a hug when you need it most. It was honestly some of the best Alfredo I’ve ever had, and it hit exactly where my heart needed in that moment.

It wasn’t just dinner.
It was a moment of comfort, support, and togetherness after one of the hardest days of my life.
I’ll always be grateful for how Olive Garden took care of us that night.

Came in solo after a very terrible date, and Miss Nikki was so sweet. She didn’t make me feel rushed and the food and drinks were perfect. Sometimes going out alone means awkward looks, but I was very comfortable here!

I placed a catering order for pickup at 5pm, my food was not ready until 5:45 & they dod not give me everything I paid for.
Also, I ordered the lasagna combo, which is supposed to feed up to.12 people and it only came with one slice of cheesecake!
Was on hold for over ten minutes to speak to a manager. Worst experience ever.
