We called ahead an hour before reservation for a party of 8, only to wait over an hour for a table. All the while we waited, we kept being reassured we’d be sat in 5 mins. I haven’t eaten at an Olive Garden in maybe 10Years, if my 7 year old niece didn’t request it for her birthday dinner, I’d probably of gone another 10 without ever considering it.

A most distasteful experience. Waiting approx. 45 mins by the bar for two seats to open up for my wife and I when another couple who just walked in disregarded us and just took our seats. An argument ensued so my wife insisted that we leave. We had hoped that the hostess who first greeted us had intervened on our behalf but was not to be the case.

Olive Garden is one of my preferred dining establishments. I typically order the lasagna, which is a substantial serving. My sole reservation is regarding the breadsticks, which, while still enjoyable, are slightly too greasy for my taste and stomach

Sat down without a reservation and waited for 15 min with the wife on a Tuesday. Watched another couple and another two person party that came in after us that also came in without reservations get seated at tables while they basically ignored us. Won't be going back there.

Took over 30 min for curbside pickup after the ready time. Soup and salad are all that was ordered today.

Another corporate owned, and therefore constantly worsening, cheap, and the food has been spiraling downward for years. It's crystal clear that ALL ingredients have been replaced with the cheapest possible ones.Perhaps the ONLY reason to go to the restaurant, is for "never ending" soup/salad/breadsticks.The food is now inferior to most frozen "Italian" foods. Last time I ordered Chicken Parmigiano, I am 100% positive that the "chicken," was the same as a cheap/bad fast food restaurant fried chicken sandwich.A perfect example of what ALL Darden restaurants are. A frozen chicken patie, with prison grade spaghetti, and grade F sauce. The employees seem to make the best, of the situation. I have never had bad service. But it takes hard work, to overcome the product that their greedy CEOs expect us to pay for. Even the best service, cannot justify going here.Take out, although it may keep you from waiting, is actually worse, and it's impossible to justify ANY of their prices, because you are now paying more, for less quantity, and quality than when the restaurant chain was palatable.Bottom line.Buy the cheapest pasta, and sauce, from the dollar store, and you will be far more satisfied. Unless you want to pay restaurant prices, for the lowest quality food.Another formerly decent restaurant, ruined by greedy CEOs, still chasing unrealistic profit margins.I don't enjoy giving such negative feedback. But. These are my observations.Peace and love.

Arrived at 4pm and added our name and number to the Que. Was told we were going to get a text when the table was ready. It is now 9pm we have already eaten at another restaurant and still have not gotten that text.

This was our 3rd trip to Olive Garden for 1 1/2 hour wait. Parking lot was 2/3 empty with plenty of seating inside. Time was 3:05pm on a Saturday afternoon. I really enjoy going to Olive Garden, however, until staffing is back on and less tan 1/2 hour wait in the middle of the afternoon, other establishments will have my business. We went across the street to Outback and were seated immediately.

HORRIBLE RACKET they had a full waiting room. And opened the seating at 3:10 ( after lunch specials expired) before that 1/2 the restaurant was empty then they open the tables after lunch expired just odd

The employees are fantastic. The food is great. But everytime we go there, we are told there's a 45 minute wait. While half of the restaurant is closed down. It's totally frustrating. There are people who will work....just pay a livable wage.

Wait was over an hour and the restaurant wasn't even crowded seems under staffed could've been a better experience with more organization.
