We came to outback mostly because we wanted to try the jawsusie drink. We ordered that drink, when they brought it out there was no shark. They told us they have been out for days, why didnt they say that when we placed our order?!? There was other problems with drinks from people in our party of 4 too, and service was horrible. We also got charged for a dessert when it was supposed to be part of the 3 course meal deal. The dessert didnt look like the picture, and icecream was melted when we got it.

Made a door dash order. When it was delivered the bag had my name on it but someone elses.food. I called outback and they said sorry, you ordered through a 3rd party we can't refund you or do anything about it. You have to call door dash. I reminded them that it was not door dashes fault. The driver picked up the correct order with my name on it, the restaurant worker packed it incorrectly. They did offer to have me drive there and pick up a new order. Ummm.....sorry that is the point of door dash. Not to have to drive. I will NEVER order feom them again or dine in. Ridiculous policy!!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy. Was by myself so got a seat at the bar. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo with a Caesar Salad side. Salad was fresh and great. Chicken and shrimp were seasoned and grilled very well. Pasta and sauce was hot and ready. Overall i was very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness of this location. Recommend.

This was a beautiful experience with minor issues. Lionel the manager is excellent. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He really save our dining experience. Because of him we will be returning.

Food was great service was wonderful 8/10 I got the ribeye and the grilled shrimp… even though I came in and sat down by myself my server didn’t miss a beat when it came to serving me . Shout out to him

The manager, bartender, kitchen manager, service staff. fantastic! Food came out hot and cooked. Perfect. I recommend this outback as one of my favorite Outbacks I've ever visited.
