I previously had left a poor review. But having revisited this location recently, it seems they have improved. Our server was extremely attentive and sweet. Food was really good even though we were there pretty late.

Me and my man got us a medium steak, and when it came to the table, his steak was very well done, and mine medium well, and the steaks and side were cold. Then, when my bf sent his back and gave him another one, the steak was medium, but the more he cut, it went from medium to medium rare to rare.. the cook doesn't know his temperature how to cook them steak.. and that's not kinda good for people who go on dates and miss up on one of the person food cause the other person has to wait for the other person food to get done you can't just eat and your partner waiting that's just rude if you don't wait on your partner and about time for your partner food being brought up to the table the other person food is cold..

Worst experience at Outback we have ever had. The bar was over half empty when we got there and the service started out poorly. Sat down and Tierra was too busy playing with the tv to give us menus. Ordered our drinks and blooming onion eventually, never got bread, and when we asked for a side of ranch she acted like we had inconvenienced her. Then our food came out and my sirloin tasted like raw fish which we did not order any seafood. I didn’t send it back because we couldn’t get Tierra’s attention. My husband was out of water by the time our food arrived and never got a refill. We will not be returning to this location.

I took my family here after a long day of shopping and spending time together so we wanted to top off our night with a descent meal before bed and let me tell you from the time we walked in to the time we walked out the host's were rude,she said she would bring the 3 kids menus to our table and the only reason we were able to get the was i walked nack up to the hostess stand and asked for them after paitently waiting for 20 min.. then we ordered our appitizers and they were spot on delicious. Then it came to the main course my wife ordered kingland steak and shrimp pasta which her steak tasted like leather it was so overcooked!!! I ordered the slow roasted prime rib and they brought me the outback style which was wrong and my mashed potatoes were absolutely cold to the touch!!! I told my server and they brought me another order of mashed taters which were actually colder! We asked for a manager and he offerd another side but after that we were frusterated and didnt want to eat anymore so he told us he would comp us and boy let me tell you the Whole 5$ that he took off of my bill sure made a difference thanks for nothing!!!! Will not eat here ever again and woukd never reccomend it to anyone!!!

Well....pulling into the parking lot we thought the restaurant was closed because the lights were off on the outside, but after making a couple of passes we noticed customers eating inside so we put the truck in park and gave it a shot. After sitting down it only took until the end of our meal for me to receive my blue moon. However our actual food must have been left overs and reheated in a microwave. Also my wife's cut of meat was shaped like a tear drop which was fitting because it actually made us want to cry with how bad it tasted. Anyways we did not complain at the restaurant, we paid our tab and tipped 20% like you always are suppose to do. Unfortunately we will not be back to Outback on Rivers. Disclaimer we are big Outback advocates and are sad to see a location being run into the ground.

Poor customer service. Very slow service. (Plan on waiting a while for everything) Food was not good. Sides are portioned for kids. Some of the food tasted like it was cooked in old grease. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I don't usually leave reviews but was very dissapointed in my first and last Outback experience.
