Brandon I think was his name was nice other than that staff was rude very Arrogant (uncomfortably arrogant esp. the bar back that evening on 1/4/25… bartender was overall sweet just busy)- wish this place was more welcoming to new guests. The restaurant's style that the owner choice (great work :very unique ) interior is very appealing! Wont go back because of the bar staff from visit on 1/4/25

Old Fashion is weak sauce . Very watered down . Bourbon barrel beer was excellent. Correct chemistry. Service was good. Mock Tails worth trying :)

They were incredibly rude about the fact that we were 22 and 23. I have never experienced ruder service.

We frequent Paddock and Whiskey often, sometimes more than once a week! Management, staff, food, drinks… everything is great!! Everyone goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend!

Really bad service!!!

If I could rate a 0, I would. My friends went for the first time to enjoy a girls night at the bar & only had 2 drinks each. The manager then proceeds to be disrespectful & rude to them, so what kind of example is she setting up as a manager for the restaurant? I think you guys should hire an actual manager who is a professional individual with leadership skills.
Until then, we won’t be going back.

on September 13, 2024 around 11:30pm we arrived at the place. We had 2 drinks each and we were having a good night.
We were laughing (and yes we were laughing laud) and catching up with friends. Out of nowhere, we heard that a woman behind us told us to stop screaming.
We asked the waitress to let us talk to the manager and it turns out that the lady who had told us to shut up was the manager.
The manager had a very disgusting attitude, surely it was because she was drunk from the shots she was taking at the bar.
Her attitude was very nasty and on top of that tried to make fun of us while we were trying to solve the problem. We just wanted to have a good time but I guess she doesn’t get how a bar at 11:30 at night with loud music works. We didn't understand her logic

Worst manager or bar team leader ever,
Rude and unprofessional! First and last time here. Our server Hannah told us that the manager name Beth or Sarah (we got 2 different names from different people that work here).
We only had 2 drinks during the night while she was drinking and taking shots told us we were being loud and rude to us. Telling us to be quiet around 11:30 at night, at a bar lol.
This is very unfortunate since the service and drinks were good. I do not recommend coming to this place. The manager really left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Literally the worst experience ever! Our server was great, our drinks were good but the MANAGER was the rudest person ever! She told us to stop being loud while drinking at work, when the whole bar was literally having a good time at 12 at night! I asked to talk to her and let her know how rude she was to us and her answer was that it was better to get our checks.

The best bar in Park Circle, and maybe even the Charleston area. Huge selection of Bourbons and Whiskeys. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that make good recommendations.

Beth needs to get fired. She can’t tell her customers to shut up while they’re being loud at a bar at 11:30pm. She was also drinking which I think is very unprofessional as a manager!
